You sound like one of those battlefield lawyers. “Eww, excessive force! You can’t shoot the terrorist, he’s out of bullets! You gotta read the taliban their Miranda rights! It’s in the Constitution. Waterboarding is so torture, ewww!”

Shut up Murtha!

You can say what you like, but don’t expect me to help you when they take you out and kick you in the face. According to you, it’ll just be what you deserve, because cops have the right to do it.

What other fashions mark miscreants to you? Zoot suits, crew cuts, bell bottoms?

Kind of weird clothes fetish coming from civilians( cops are civilians ) that wear fake military medals.

Obviously you, and that city employee are too fragile to handles a hum drum, every day occurrence, even most likely gradumakation from some criminal justice degree, professional training, years rotting in a cruiser and still it over amps his brain.

The policeman is done. Toast. He threw his career away. Why? Stupidity. The citizens are better off not employing him if this maxed him out.

You might not of noticed, but in America there are a lot of laws, and lawyers and civilians employed by elected civilians to bring other citizens to justice are in the deep muddy of laws and lawyers. That’s how they got their jobs, and why they get paid every two weeks.

I don’t know what to tell anyone that is so oblivious to that reality.

I was on the other thread about this. I was wondering where all the bootlickers were!

To all those who said this was just a “roughing up”. I’ll give you a crisp new C-note if you lay prone on the ground and let me give you a little kick to the face. Really. PM me and I’ll let you know where I live.

I have a distinct feeling NOT ONE OF YOU will take it.

“If a cop assaults you while you are doing any of that, I’d be in full support of any lawsuit or disciplinary action that results. “

That’s doubtful.

“What other fashions mark miscreants to you?”

Besides the FASHION in which he drove that car endangering the public? I dunno, I guess perps that prey on the public in a variety of FASHIONS. Or the way that citizens, particularly LIBERAL citizens, find it FASHIONABLE to bash our Police and our Military every chance they get.

“cops are civilians that wear fake military medals.”

Yeah ok. Just like fake medals received for getting into shootouts with criminals hell bent on preying on civilians.

“Obviously you, and that city employee are too fragile to handles a hum drum, every day occurrence”

And you are obviously not qualified to comment on the real stresses of Police work and would probably crap your unddies if faced with a real stressful situation. (And I don't mean the stress of your computer or brain freezing at times)

That policeman will be fired, for sure. There's really nothing to investigate.

His new job is coming soon to a mall food court in SoCal.

Yeah it does. A cop kicked a prone, handcuffed suspect for no reason.

Except the high speed chase which endangered anyone in the area. If the per ran over one of your kids, I bet you'd want to do a bit more than give hime a boot to the head.

Yep, let's have a pity party for the poor man who got roughed up after endangering the lives of the public.

But that's not really what happened in THIS case, now is it?

"Doubtful," to whom? You?

Should I care?

Sorry, it’s true.

I’d rather we not have any police. In a couple of years crime would be abated. I have no problem shooting and killing any number of types of criminal. I’ve never meet one that wasn’t out and out right dumb, stupid, lazy, ignorant, a bad shot.

My name for police is security bureaucrats, part of the security bureaucracy which is paid and rewarded to keep criminal in food, clothing, housing and alive.

I, and most everyone I know, have no real need for police and can and would prefer to handle things on our own, which we do.

When dealing with cops, your "job" is to follow their orders, no matter how much it hurts your little feewings.

Which is what this guy did when he laid down spread-eagle for the cop.

He got a boot in the jaw in return.

Next time do you think he'll listen?

How about his "friends" who saw this vid?

The police are earning their reputation and it's no wonder the general public is losing respect for them all.

Yes he was a threat. He remeained a threat to officers until he was thoroughly searched and secured.

A threat but not threatening.

In no way did he deserve what he got at the time, regardless of what transpired up to that time.

There is absolutely no justification for an officer to act that way.

Ever.

That's different. I'm not a cop.

Yep, let's have a pity party for the poor man who got roughed up after endangering the lives of the public.

This is not about the perp, it's about the police placing themselves above the law, as a collective, and dishonoring the badge and the people they serve.

The cop with the happy boots, the other cops who didn't arrest him for assault and the official who refused to condemn an obviously heinous act are all equally culpable.

The police are reviled for a reason. This is an example.

His friends, or shall I say, other punk-ass criminals that see the vid may say, “gee, maybe we should think twice before we act like the arse-clowns we are and break the law.”

When I was a kid cops got respect because we knew they were the good guys and if we f’ed with them we would get a can of woop ass. What is it with some of you FReepers that side with liberals and seem to hate cops? And don’t say that “We only hate bad cops.” Bullshit. Not from what I seen on here lately.

No, it's what he DIDN'T do when he decided to try and make a break for it.

Next time do you think he'll listen?

Maybe not, if you candy-asses give him a big bucket o' money. Look what happened to Rodney King, forced to debase himself on VH1 like a common whore. If he had received a clear and unambiguous message that his nonsense was unacceptable to society, I'd bet he would have cleaned himself up a bit faster and not wasted a decade and a half.

How about his "friends" who saw this vid?

Good lord, who effin cares?

"Not from what I seen on here lately"

You wouldn't know this, but people don't really 'see'. They process visual stimulus through pre patterned memory. This is what optical illusions, magic tricks, camouflage, good art is about.

Soooo. Maybe you aren't seeing what is, but what you process( I won't say think ).

In other words, it's you.
