We rent a place right on the beach in TX for a month in Sept/Oct. The weather is amazing, the atmosphere is friendly and laid-back, and since you don’t pay the hotel tax with stays of 30 days or more, it costs us less to stay a whole month than one week during high season.

We’re doing Hershey on May 28th then on to Philly.
The PA kids are still in school.

We did Niagara Falls last year and Never waited in a line!

I sat next to a gal on the plane last year. Took her family (husband and two-kids) to the mouse house. The 7-day pkg on property set her back about $7k.

Wow, she must have been staying at one heck of a hotel. We did Disney a couple of years ago in the off-season. It was five of us for 8 days, on property, moderate resort, meals included, for less than $3,000.

Please remove me from the “Another reason to Homeschool” ping list. I’m still interested in the Homeschool Ping List.
Thanks in advance.
