My reasoning is that an innocent person would not spend $800,000 in courts in various states to avoid producing a piece of paper.

After the horrible way in which the McCain camp ran the campaign, one has to wonder was McCain actually working to give Obama the election? McCain’s campaign staff was horrible, inept, and many times down right rude.

Any Hawaii freepers here who can scan and post a REAL hawaii birth certificate to compare????I'm not from Hawaii, but here's a great example of a photo ID Hawaiian Birth Certificate.
If Obama came up with one of these, all the dark clouds would just blow away.
Evidently, he can't do it because he hasn't got one.

Drudge is off the radar here. Drudge has shown an underlying support of Obama, which was noticeable to those who were paying close attention to the incremental change taking place on Drudge.

Barracks birth name was Berry, not Barrack. This birth certificate says Barrack Hussein Oboma - that's his ADOPTIVE name.

I recently got 3 from Logan, WVA for $12.
The issue on this guy is the original supposedly on file in Honolulu. He can let 3 experts, one picked by the DNC, one by the RNC and one by me, see the document and then it's over.

Add his bar app and the question if he had ever used another name. I'll accept Barry for Barack, but if he was Soetoro and not always Obama, that makes two different surnames. That school record mystifies me; it's origin, who found it, how, where? It's not a scan but a photograph, there is a camera that does books face up at the library or a regular camera, film or digital would work as well. There is no exif on it. Why is that brown line drawn diagonally down the page obviously guided by a straigedge. To my knowledge, much isn't clear at this point.
The printing on the COLB about considered valid doesn't match anything else, looks like a different font and more bold like it was possibly added later but not necessarily.

Cuz even if he does that then we can be sure he received student aid based on fraud. Or received aid on the basis of registering as a foreign student, that was on the NBC Atlanta comments, hadn't seen that before.

The only issue that would potentially disqualify him for the presidency is his citizenship at birth, or whether he has subsequently forfeited that citizenship if it existed. The commission of a felony or felonies in the past can’t possibly have anything to do with his eligibility to serve. At least felonies for which he has not been convicted.
Felonies would go a long way toward discrediting his character, but being a felon has been shown to be negated by skin color.

IIRC Berg asks in his suit if he or anyone in his family has ever petitioned the court for a name change.

The Defendant section of Berg’s case is actually quite humerous...He uses Barry and Barrack with Dunham, Obama, SOetoro for a total of 6 AKA and also throws in “male child” (That could be the title given on the African birth certificate.)
Hardened criminals have fewer AKAs!

IIRC Berg asks in his suit if he or anyone in his family has ever petitioned the court for a name change. Good. I have looked over some of the different lawsuits but must have missed that. My eyes glaze over as I read legal filings. I think there could be some real legal issues with the multiple names. I don't see a high probability of stopping the Marxist wiith these but even a remote possibility is a wonderful thought. Regardless, the US Constitution needs to be fullfilled and it is not until there is proof he is elligible.
