She’ll be fine. Instead of imagining him in his underwear like they teach you when you’re speaking in front of an audience for the first time, she’ll be imagining Wolf as a, well, wolf!
I say she gets him ‘right between the eyes’.
Sarah has no fear, and neither should we.
And one more thing. Do you remember the SNL fallout where Lorne Michaels and Alex Baldwin both came out to say how impressed they were with her? The acknowledged the differences in politics but went out of their way to compliment her. I think that is how this will be going down for the next couple of years. We will see Obama in the worst kind of political train wreck, all the while Sarah will be cultivating relationships with those who scoff at her now.
Well said.
She can handle them, just needs to ensure against editing that misrepresents her.
No fear.
She needs to be out there as much as possible defining herself. No time to waste.
“Sarah is far from perfect when it comes to dealing with the drive by media.”
I think she did an amazing job, all things considered — especially when staff quashed her dialogue at every step, as we’re learning now. And I don’t think she looked like an idiot. I think think the MSM’s “gotcha” questions made them look pathetic. Having lived in Alaska for 20 years, I think it had to have been culture shock for her. People there say what they think and are unpretentious. Moving in to the cesspool of Washington politics, with over-scripting, political correctness, focus on appearance, etc., would have been torture for her. For me, just moving from Alaska to the typical lower 48 lifestyle and workplace was excruciating. She must’ve felt she lived a two-month nightmare.
