All of these comments are right, but the bottom line to the not-so-educated voter — McCain ran a campaign that was all over the place, he didn’t do a good job communicating in the debates, his campaign totally mishandled Sarah Palin and add the ACORN factor — the results told the story.
I am just glad he did take down more people with him.
It’s time to move on and take back seats in 2010 to start

6 million who voted last time didn't and they gave us Obama.

It is truly ironic that McCain/Feingold actually helped Barack Obama in his accumulation of vast amounts of cash for his campaign, while one of the authors of this flawed law was hurt the most by its existence. Senator Mac, we toldyaso. I think you should get a new seat in the Senate, on the left, so you can exercise your opposite arm a little reaching across to the Republicans.
