Thanks for the post. You are correct. We have had a set back, but we are still the greatest nation in the world. There will probably be some hardship, but we will regroup and the people of the United States will prevail.

I don’t know how to post a topic. Nor would I post a vanity.

But how do we bury the MSM, the culprits of this election.

But how do we bury the MSM, the culprits of this election.

That is a very good question. Drive the price of the stocks of CBS, NBC, CNN and ABC would be a start. Boycott companies that advertise. Stop watching!

On a more positive note, find ways to counter the MSM. Better use of the internet. Buy a TV station or a radio station. Better tactical party organization at the "boot" level.

However, before we figure out how to get our message out, we need to figure out what the message is. We need to go back to basics and figure out what our vision for America is. We then need to define our principles and demonstrate how those principles will make the vision happen.

Thank you both SOOO much for your posts.

I’ve spent the past 90 minutes on the phone with my daughter. She is devastated at the McCain-Palin loss. She is a medical student and doesn’t know what the future holds for her.

I cried with her and we prayed together.

Outside of prayer, all I could think of was to paraphrase Scarlett O’Hara: Let’s think about it tomorrow. After all, tomorrow is another day.

She and I agree that Obama is NOT OUR PRESIDENT. He’s the fantasy redeemer of weak minds, evil hearts, and eternal victims.

I stopped crying as I read both of your posts. This is no time to fold for these radicals. I’m an NRA member, SAS, and proud American.

I am sending her a link to this thread. We need to stay positive and focused more than ever.

THANK YOU BOTH FOR THE REALITY CHECK!

God Bless and Good Night!

If I may disagree with this one poin5t, being Prescient isn't emotional, it is based on specific, measurable results. It does us nothing to play like the dems and say he isn't our President. The Constitution states he will be Commander in Chef of the US Armed forces, so pray his judgment is best for our troops. Pray, pray, pray, but don't deny what is reality, work within it. Playing make-believe doesn't help.

Sure thing. We'll sit quietly at the back of the bus.

After all, it's best not to struggle, to make waves, or to draw too much attention to ourselves. Wouldn't want Obama to not like us now would we...

It isn’t? When was the last time Americans stood up, unzipped their collective trousers, and took a dump on the Constitution? I must have missed that one...

I have no problem with anyone disagreeing with me. And I do understand (and appreciate) what you’re saying.

But for my life:

He has no measurable results. The little that he has done does not align with my values, goals, or love for America.

His goals are dangerous and disastrous for our economy. His stated agenda is a direct contradiction and subversion of the Constitution.

My prayers are for my country, its patriots, the members of the Armed Forces, and those dear to my heart.

See, my view is not make believe. It may not be palatable to some but at least I’m being honest. I’m human - not a saint.

I’m not spouting a fevered nightmare. I grew up in Chicago, in neighborhoods overrun with those who share his ideology. I’ve seen their machinations up close.

Now I am off to bed. Good Night!

You throw words names but the enemy tomorrow remains the same. Do deny the reality of the battlefield is to lose the battle field.. reminds me of Sir. Laurence in the battle of Ban Ram. He deneyed where the enemy was positioned until the enemy slit his throat. Grab a copy of The Art of War and run on back why don’t ya....

Don’t know about you, but my trousers are still zipped.

Basing my opinion on the crowd (young and ethnic) at my polling place this morning...the brave “New Message”will be lost. No one can deliver what the “One” promises.

In two years, we can take back the Congress.

Even the “One” has said he can’t do it in one term. I heard him say it tonight. Odd statement for a winning candidate.

I see this day as a political 9/11; our leaders sat back and let it happen because they never did what was necessary.

The good thing about this day is that now the liberals own the economy and this nation. Everything that goes right or wrong is theirs and theirs alone. If it works, fine.

Methinks the liberals are in for a surprise; they don’t have the money to do what they want and they don’t want to send all the jobs overseas. Obama is going to have to back out of his promises. When he does, I am sure we can make a large chorus sing “liar, liar...”

Palin in 12!

I may be vilified for saying so, but I simply do not believe that dissent will be outlawed because Obama is elected. We have a right, indeed, a DUTY, to provide the sane alternatives to the economy, immigration, and defense, to strengthen the core instead of pretending to be Democrats, reckless spending and giving huge chunks of unchecked power to the federal government.

This is a wake-up call to the GOP. If we fail to heed it, we go the way of the Whigs. That’s a hard truth, but defeat can often breed clarity. Let’s use this instead of letting it depress us.

This is a chance to return to our roots, remember who we are, and reintroduce ourselves to America, so that we may make her great again. Have you all forgotten 1994? I haven’t.

I will never get over this. For over 15 years I’ve worn a uniform (Major, USA). I’ve logged over 150 hours of combat time in Iraq piloting a UH-60. I’ve litteraly risked my life over and over for this nation...and for what?

Over half my country is filled with douchebags. They picked a socialist america-hater over a war hero. I don’t think anyone out there who has not laid it all on the line as a soldier can understand how much betrayal I feel.

This is it for me. I will not spend 1 minute past my 20 years in the military. Shame on all those who voted for that ass hat and all those so-called conservatives that chose not to vote. Rot in hell.

We saved the world from Hitler. Who will save the us from another Hitler?

It won’t be long before everyone of us on here will be “guilty” of hate speech.
