However, that might solve his problem (being born in Kenya to a married couple, the father being a Kenyan citizen, the mother being American, but not a resident of the US for long enough to confer natural born status on the child).

If they were not married, he would have American citizenship. He would be illegitimate, but still be an American. I do not know if that would suffice as ‘natural born’, however.

So maybe he does not want either case known, because either one might be fatal to his presidential aspirations.

That’s right illegitimacy no longer matters in our society, but it did years ago when Barry first fabricated the fictional account of his life and it would definitely mattered to a young man he felt his father had abandoned him.
So while NO the illegitmacy wouldn’t be the embarassing factor at this time, having to admit he lied all that time could prove pretty embarassing.
Barry’s lies about his birth could lead people to question what other “fictions” make up his life story?

The requirements for eligibility to become POTUS are “Constitutional” requirements, writ by “We the People”. “We” are the competent authority. Ergo, any citizen of these United States has standing in said legal challenge. There is no question of it. Only an activist judge would find in favor of dismissal on these grounds. I see this as just another blatant stall tactic. The real question ... is Obama stalling because he has something to hide, or because he wants us to continue hunting a red herring? I suspect the former.
