Especially considering that Factcheck.org is owned by the Annenberg Foundation (you remember, that orginization that Bill Ayers and Barack Obama were involved with ) and oh yeah, why didn’t they scan the certificate in if they had it in their hands?
Why take a photo from the side angle?
Of course that proves it though. A digital photograph taken from the side and at a distance. And a birth announcement taken out by his grandparents that lived in Hawaii.
But that still doesn’t answer his Indonesian citizenship that his mother gave him by letting her new hubby adopt or claim in Indonesia.
Who sent the announcement to the newspaper, the hospital?Why would it matter?

From what I understand, because mom was a US citizen & lived in Hawaii she could go there to register a birth. That is a certificate that the birth was registered, not a birth certificate. Hawaiian birth certificates look much different, with tons more data input by the hospital at the time of birth.
So to accomplish that “appearance” of being born in the US and not Kenya, someone would use your sibling, who was born in yet another country, as their fake COLB? That makes no sense either.
That in August of 1961, someone decided to announce the birth of a child to Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama. If you wish to claim that this announcement was fraudulent, the burden of proof is on you. A birth announcement is evidence of birth. What evidence do you have?
If the announcement was just sent in by the parents, it proves nothing.
That is one of the best Youtubes that I have seen. We all need to post it everywhere we can and send it to our email lists. Phil Berg is doing a good job fighting the fight for us all.
Its sad this morning when Obama was in Philly that there was not a full page ad in th local paper asking the question of where is the real birth certificate. Hopefully the McCain campaign or the 527 groups will take this issue on and publish a full page ad as the Media can’t hide from that when Obama is in that city on that day.
I would personally give $$$ to a 527 for an advertisement.
Only that there might be a long form birth certificate at a Hawaii hospital, with footprints, etc.
So then what’s your opinion on this lawsuit filed by Democrat lawyer Berg in Philly? It hasn’t been thrown out.
But why use Maya’s COLB if Barack’s was an identical case, i.e. he was born in Kenya and has a registered COLB, as is the premise of the thread?
Where in my post did I saw it was fradulent? What you have posted doesn’t prove anything. Whom was it submitted by? The hospital? The grandparents? Death announcements and birth announcements can appear anywhere you want them to appear. If that’s all that is in the announcement, it doesn’t prove where the baby was born.
If we need to take up a collection for Isreali Insider, I'm sure they'll come out handsomely, assuming they deliver the goods.
