I'll say it again, slow enough that you too, can grasp the message. things are looking interesting. That someone served him papers, in regard to this whole issue, makes me at least look. Bet it makes a lot of others, by rule of law, to look too. be interesting to see how it all pans out in the end.

Let’s assume that yes, he was born in the US.

At this point, being born in the United States, he is a natural-born citizen.

That is why the determination of where he was actually born is so important. If he was born outside the country (excepting some situations, like deployed military families), then the considerations you cite apply.

Our youngest daughter was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on December 21, 1971 and her Certificate of Live Birth which was issued by the Research and Statistics Office of the Department of Health State of Hawaii and looks nothing like the one shown here in this thread for Barack Hussein Obama II. Our daughter's certificate contains a File Number (151) and the certificate number (71 015396), my wife's signature and residential address, the doctor's signature, the hospital name (Kapiolani), the signature of the deputy Registrar, facsimile signatures of the Director of Health and the State Registrar as well as other information which is not shown on Obama's certificate. Our copy was issued May 8, 1979 as a "true and correct copy of the original".

But most importantly, the image of the perforation stamp on our daughter's certificate is NOT the same as the one on Obama's. It looks like his birth certificate is a fake!

Those conditions apply if he was born outside the United States. If actually born in the U.S., including in the state of Hawaii, he is a natural born citizen.

We must be ever vigilant to ensure that are facts are exactly true.

In a real photo, all "pitch black" areas have the same intensity, which is almost never digital black (pixel value of 0).

In a photo that hasn't been processed, the black point will generally be non-zero, but seldom will it be entirely uniform. If the contrast of the photo has been adjusted, however, the black point may be zero even if there were no other changes. Still, checking the black point is a good first check. I have a photo from Clinton's whitehouse.gov which shows him with his cat Socks on a very-poorly-edited-out leash. The edit was pure black, while the background was off-black.
