Afternoon, all! Der Prinz is putting antifreeze in the Purple Thing; it was flashing a warning light at me the last few days.
The byos wouldn’t take their naps - guess they’ll have an early bedtime. So much for running, though - and it’s in the 60’s, too!
Now I have to go check on the Dyson filter. It says not to reinstall it until it’s completely dry!

While Der Prinz is adding antifreeze to the Purple Thing, do you think he could change the oil in the UgliTrk for me?

Best thing for a flashing warning light is one of those smiley stickers to put over it.

do you think he could change the oil in the UgliTrk for me? I'm sure he'd be happy to!
And the last thing we need is the Purple Thing overheating.

LOL!
I’m due to take the truck in for service, and I always get the full service done on it. They rag on me to bring it in “every three months or 2000 miles.” But at 80 miles a month average, I get it in there about once a year.
Besides...I don’t want to put up with the hassle of telling them I’ll do what I need to do to it when the time comes. About the only thing I have to watch is the gear oil, and make sure the tranny is full.
Other than that, it’s priceless piece of equipment!

Everything is so close here, I don’t need to drive it more than that.
And with the cost of gasoline, I have to consolidate my errands. It’s OK. It’s a good little truck, and I really enjoy it.

I have no idea. We just bought it last summer. It was tuned up and had some repairs around November.

Supposed to flush the coolant every 2 years—if not, the antifreeze becomes acidic.
Did adding coolant turn off the dummy light?

Yepper!
But I’m more inclined to buy milk...
With one exception, every place I need to go is within a mile. “Walking distance.”
The downside to that is that home is uphill! LOL!
