This so-called "document" is such an obvious forgery it isn't even funny.

In the first pink oval at the top, notice the "2"s. The 2 in "27" is written in. Also the 5 in "2005".

This "document" is as valid as the TANG memos at CBS.

And this is WillPit's "proof"?

Yes that and one other doccument were posted at CU as his "proof".

The defining evidence that was supposed to silence us once and for all.

But this "proof" means little to the more important issue.

How much money was raised and how was it spent? And were any laws broken in the process?

That is why most people set up accounts in the name of the patient at a bank. The money doesn't go into the patients personal checking account to be spent on whatever. It is administered by someone else and that person has an accounting available for inspection, to put these type of questions to rest, if necessary.

Something that sticks in my mind is that Andy's own sister wouldn't donate to him to aid in his plight. What does that imply about his trustworthiness in financial matters?

Impropriety.

Heh heh - well you've got Regan on your Profile page, too. :) Might want to correct that one too.

Well...no one knows for sure what his "take" was from the Bev Harris scam.

The earliest date I've seen for when he started this latest scam was Febuary.

It was on several Lib websites...plus an Amazon AND a paypal account for it were set up...plus the fundraiser that raised at least $50K.

IMHO whatever's been raised is double any published "best guess" so far.

I'm beginning to think that maybe WillPit is just a sucker. He seems to believe these "documents" answer all the questions.

Is this the proof that Andy&Friends provided to put WillPit's mind at ease, so he could stop gobbling Halcion pills to be able to sleep?

Maybe WillPit has just been duped (again) by the Andyites.

The thing that floors me is that they decided to use the pre op CancerCare Financial Application form as proof of cancer. After the surgery many other documents and reports would be available that would lay to rest any doubt about the cancer diagnosis. Why wouldn't have one of those been used? Bizarre to say the least.

They are certainly picking and choosing the paperwork they are puttng out.

But then again...even though they are posting this stuff on CU that's not their target audience.

They KNOW that the DUmmies lurk there to get the info $kimmer refuses to let them talk about at the DUmp.

It's a shrewd move to keep the DUmp from imploding into total chaos at the realization that they've been scammed out of their $$$ yet again by one of the main perps from the last time they were bilked out of their cash.

Well...no one knows for sure what his "take" was from the Bev Harris scam.

A reminder: There was no "Bev Harris scam." Black Box Voting is a 501c(3) which is REQUIRED according to the form of the corporation to get most of its funding through small individual donations. There are different kinds of nonprofits. We are not a foundation, nor are we allowed to be a tax deductible organization sustained by grants from a few individuals. Our corporate structure, under IRS rules, requires funds to be raised "from the public."

The stated purpose for the $50,000 fund raise we did in November was to pay for public records requests. We raised that amount and spent that amount on the FOIA actions.

Note that at no time did any funds go to "Bev Harris." They went only into the nonprofit 501c(3), for the purpose intended, and the funds were applied as stated.

You have apples and oranges here: Black Box Voting Inc.(not "Bev Harris), which is directly accountable to the IRS via form 990, and Andy Stephenson, an individual, not registered with the state, who routed donations into his personal checking account and has no requirement to publicly disclose how much he brought in, or what he spent it on.

Not going to further hijack the thread, but I will correct the record on behalf of the organization I work for.

Bev Harris

Andy&Friends have duped WillPit, again. He probably didn't even look at these "documents" very closely before he posted them at CU (and dutifully reported doing so back to DU, though it was subsequently deleted #151 on the thread). After all Andy is his "friend" and would never mislead faithful and loyal WillPit.

Well, this should be a lesson to the DUmmies.

If the plotters, the conspirators, the accomplices, had been more open-minded, less arrogant, they probably could have run a whole slew of fund-raisers without so much as a "ho-hum" from us.

The DUmmies, especially the Andyites, just don't seem to understand that there is a great big huge wide world outside, and that it does one good, to learn as much about the outside world as one can absorb.

But no; the DUmmies, especially the Andyites, think they know all, and so also think they don't have to pay attention to an outside world that doesn't conform with their perception of the way the world "should" be.

Even if that world is much bigger than theirs, no, they arrogantly disregard it as "meaningless" (such as the constant denial in DUmmieland of the cold bare stark fact that Free Republic is four, perhaps five, times the size of DUmmieland).

The empress of DUmmieland, the DUmmiette "sfexpat2000," made the very first mistake that led to all subsequent mistakes, which of course were in the hundreds. If she had not made this one single mistake, this controversy would have never happened.

If I had been the empress of DUmmieland, once I posted the first comment appealing for funds mid-afternoon April 28, in DUmmieland, I would have rushed right over here, to the DUmmie FUnnies, to "monitor" what others were saying about it.

This way, if I had been the empress of DUmmieland, watching the DUmmie FUnnies 24/7, I would have been able to alert, to warn, to tip off, the other accomplices about what was "selling" and what was not, about inconsistencies and lies the Andyites should clear up.

But no; the empress of DUmmieland instead of watching the greater wider world, remained closely sheltered in DUmmieland, DUmmiegabbing with her DUmmiefriends, utterly unaware of anything else.

Nothing more so much reminds me of this, than the spectacle of four middle-aged "clubwomen" playing bridge and gossiping away, totally unseeing to the tornado visible to them right outside the living room picture-window.

And then they wonder what hit them.

Well, if one isn't looking around to see what's happening, sooner or later one is going to get hit, by something.

the latest scam started in december of last year when they started soliciting money for living expenses. It grew from that to hemorrhoids, to hepatitis, to pancreatitis, to pancreatic cancer.

They've been reading really bad screen scripts too.

And reading page 5 before page 3.

This whole thing is disjointed, it could have been written by Quentin Tarantino. Without all of the witty dialog, of course.

After the surgery many other documents and reports would be available that would lay to rest any doubt about the cancer diagnosis.

I will not accept a 'post op' diagnosis as proof that this was illegal. I want a diagnosis of 'pancreatic cancer' prior to the 'Andy's got pancreatic cancer and is going to die if he doesn't get treatment at JH' shill started. That and only that will make me believe that money wasn't collected under false pretenses.

You are invited to spend a weekend with internationally best-selling author William Rivers Pitt. . . .

Spend a weekend with Useful Pundidiot Pitt? No thanks. I'm washing my hair for the rest of my life.

And "internationally best-selling author"? That's more unbelievable than an Andy hospitalization. But I guess we should believe him, because he says so.

Swami Beyondananda will also make a special guest appearance.

"Scami Beyondbeliefandy"?

This one especially tickled my funny phoney bone... LOL

And "internationally best-selling author"?

Apparently some idiot from Pakistan pushed the wrong button on Amazon and bought one of his pamphlets, thusly qualifying him as an 'internationally best-selling author'
