You can download this form off of the net..........Then you can do anything to it you want. Precisely. Compare Page 2 of this downloadable form with the first Pitt-provided "document".
What Pitt provided is simply a downloadable form with a doctor's business card laid over it. Doesn't prove anything.
Further, if "Miss Waverly" works at JH, she would have access to the business card and the fax machine. And who knows what was blacked out and whited out (see the bits and pieces of previous writing). May have been an old fax from someone else.

Actually there was one time...it's one the timeline but I have to go grocery shopping (24 hour store...kept putting it off) so don't have time to check now. Where someone said they called Dr. Cameron's office and about 3 or 4 of the dummies, practically climbing all over each other...it was one of those conversations where someone who'd never been heard from before popped in then haven't heard them again...said "that isn't Andy's dr", "why did you call him", etc. Around the same time as MrNiceGuyisDead, I think.

Ok, we can sit here all week and "prove" these documents are fake and/or don't prove what Andy-n-friends. But what WOULD you believe? What sort of proof are you looking for? What kind of documentation or proof would convince you that what A&f have said was true? At this point, it seems that anything they can post to the web would simply be claimed as bogus by the naysayers. Are we going to end up arguing about angels and pin-heads?

Quick update.
Gruntled is sneaking around the Best/Worst forum at CU now that it's the middle of the night and there's only 8 people online.
Guess he's returning to the scene of the crime to see where we shot the holes in his flacid story.

The docs do not even look authentic to a layman (me). Any way to show the docs to the JH administration to verify the authenticity?

"We're Off to Get a Whipple" Just when I thought being plagued with a bizarre visual image of that cast of characters happily skipping off "to get a Whipple" was bad enough, laughing out loud at this startled the cat in my lap, who then jumped straight up and landed on the coffee cup, knocking it over, spilling into the keyboard and everywhere else around it and onto the floor...

Those documents also state he is to make separate checks for each amount. The amounts on the document are $43,000 and $7,000. That adds up to a nice even $50,000. Does anybody ever get a nice even hospital bill? Especially for a nice even $50,000.

Look at the word "pancreataic" on the document. Between the "n" and the "c" there is a gap with another letter that looks like "p". Also below "pancreatic" there is a gap between word and line and in that gap there is some writing that looks partially whited out. What was that all about?

You noticed that too. And I'm sure that the donations came up to a nice round figure like $50,000 also. Always nice round figures. No change allowed in the dollar amounts. And no change in my skepticism.
Andy has yet to put this to rest with an explanation. Gee, DUmmies after you donated to save the guy's life, isn't it the least he could do? He can post at DU mocking everybody who has questions about the fund-raiser, but he won't post anything to dispel the notion that DU got scammed. What a guy.

These documents are worthless, and contradict many things they have been saying. Just more diversion. This more than solidifies my belief that this is a scam. Until now I thought Pitt wouldn't get into any trouble because he was just a gullible cheerleader for Andy. With the posting of these documents he has crossed the line to becoming an active co-conspirator in Andy's attempt to cover up his scam. At least Skinner is smart enough to not even touch this hot potato but Pitt just drove himself over the edge into active criminality. When the AndyScam is brought to trial, Pitt will also be a defendent along with Andy.

At times people seem to forget, sir, that while the now-famous and much-admired "Andyscam" has his own questions--and has asked them repeatedly, to no avail--dealing with what sorts of "evidence" would prove His Royal Roundness has cancer, here in the DUmmie FUnnies, from the beginning, that has never been the issue.
Whether His Rotund Redness is seriously ill, mildly ill, or not at all ill, has always been a "side issue" here in the DUmmie FUnnies.
The issue, as far as the DUmmie FUnnies are concerned (I believe most members of the DUmmie FUnnies will agree, yes, this is their major concern), is the manner in which the funds were raised, by a group that demands "open and honest elections."
That is the specific issue.
In the more general sense, most of the members of the DUmmie FUnnies are mystified that while government-sponsored healthcare is apparently good enough for us, it is not good enough for their Pampered Pomposity.
Ever since 9:00 p.m. (Nebraska time) April 28, we here on the DUmmie FUnnies have been trying, without much success, and with NO help from the Andyites, to reconcile all this blatant hypocrisy.
(a) why "honest and open elections," but not an "honest and open fund-raiser"?
(b) why is what is good for the goose also not good for the gander?
(c) why do these cultists insist upon making rules they demand we follow, while they themselves feel free to do whatever they wish to do?
