I just went to the www.cancercare.org where you can download the exact copy of form that was used in Document 1.
cancercare.

You know, I just checked out Western Union again.
Still no action on the telegram; not (a) received, signed for, nor (b) rejected, not signed for.
Which leaves (c) not found at this address.

That is too funny. Just looked at the site. We could all fill out the exact same form and post it. The form is meaningless to his case.

So one can assume that the telegram people are no more competent than the financial dept. at JH.
Remind me not to go to JH!

Breaking rules like using cell phones in the hospital is small potatoes to him.
Every hospital I have been in, ICU is constantly monitored on a minute by minute basis, i.e. the nurses can generally see you from an observation window. No way are you going to use a cell phone or laptop without them knowing, so no way he did. He must not have been in ICU.
You could probly get away with it in a private room. At 50 grand at JH the best you could get is most likely semi-private. That may be a little tougher to pull off.
I was in in '99 over a back surgery and they let me have my desktop as long as it had a clean power set-up. In other words it isolated itself from their electrical through an isolation transformer. No cell phone! It was strictly prohibited even for my guests as they said it could interfere with heart monitors and other such devices. Could have changed by now, I guess.

Well, I specified "pancreatic unit."
Perhaps I should have specified "proctological unit."
I have no idea; I just wish some of the Andyites, who were so adept at breaking into the mail room during the middle of the night to find the "cashiers [sic] check" for $50,000, would go break in there again, to grab that telegram.
I mean, if they would just swipe it and sign for it, we would then have no doubts that His High Red Roundness is actually there.....and we would quit harping at the Andyites about this, uh, significant matter.

The only difference that I can see is the date on the bottom of the form. I believe the one I posted from Cancer Care website is dated Nov. 2004 and the one that's posted as Andy's document is dated March. 2005.
But still, it seems anyone can download these forms and put whatever they want in the blanks. I don't know too much about fax machines.

What do DUmmies care about interferring with equipment, they are more important then the peons around them. Rules have not changed since then, that has already been established. They just didn't care.

This from FormerFriend over at CU:
Tee, the Secretary of State oversees corporations (profits/non profits). They don't oversee INDIVIDUALS. When you see their rules for 'charities', they are referring to charities that are organized as such under the state guidelines. Charities don't have to register with the SOS. But if they do, they can get tax advantages and then have to also play by the rules.
The only washington agencies that would be interested in individuals looking for money from the public would be the Washington attorney general AND the revenue department.
I think that's why everyone is overlooking your line of questioning. That's why I am, btw.

I was going to contact the WA AG, not SOS. Just to ask questions, not file a complaint. I'm not even going to mention the AndyScam. Just generic questions about online fundraising by individuals for one individual.

Words to the left of the JH logo are cut off
The reason the words are cut off is because it looks like a business card added to the form for the info.

Every bit helps.
You know, the readers of the DUmmie FUnnies have learned a whole lot of new things this past month.
How to screen-capture.
How to format.
What pancreatic cancer is all about.
How to write a bad screenplay.
A better "take" on the rules of Free Republic.
Hospital protocol.
Hospital rules.
And on and on and on; this is really an education, about just about anything.
