As for the DUmmicide...
Franksolich got ahold of an email from Black Box Voting that was pretty incriminating to Andy. IMHO it was the first conclusive evidence that this was all a scam... the first huge bomb. I happened to be on FR at the same time when he posted it, so I decided right away to use my sleeper DU account to do a DUmmicide. I posted it to the thread that Andy was currently linked on.
'Course, poor "Utakan" was tombstoned, but not before eliciting a response from Andy about his lawyer being interested in it. I panicked big time 'cause I knew he could trace it to me, and it took a lot of DUFUers to reassure me (thanks!). Indirectly, he also affirmed the contents of franksolich's email by directly accusing Bev of writing it.
Nataku X posted the copy of the BBV email franksolich received. The email, in a nutshell, said that it was Undie, not Bev, who was the fraud, and that they doubt he has "pancreatic cancer", although he might be ill.
My money's on "William Pitt." The infatuated DUmmie "sfexpat2000" and the felonious Andy have no conscience. The DUmmie boyfriend, "termite," I have no idea, but think he went along just for the ride. The Grand DUmmie "Skinner" was a willing, voluntary, victim.
My offer to you, sir--and the owners of Free Republic know I keep my promises.
If it's "William Pitt," I am sending $20 in your name to Free Republic.
If it's "termite," I am sending $25 in your name to Free Republic.
If it's the Grand DUmmie "Skinner," I am sending $50 in your name to Free Republic.
If it happens to be the sleazeball Andy or his accomplice, I am giving my first-born male child and $100 to Free Republic.

Did one of them contact you this morning about what life was like in prison?
Let's take it one by one.
1. sfexpat2000/Andy Stephenson/ -- nope, for the reasons you stated.
2. Skinner -- has been taking steps from the beginning to wash his hands of this. Nope.
3. termite -- As Andy's closest mate, no way he wasn't complicit in all this.
4. William Pitt -- He follows FR and maintains a cordial if tense relationship with some Freepers. He also seems a very honest, upright guy even if he has the world's biggest ego. Betting on him is like doubling down in Blackjack when you've got a 11 and the dealer's up card is 6.
I did email my brother this afternoon telling him of this situation and asking if Andy did anything wrong; he's a lawyer whose speciality is in intellectual property but a liberal one... I asked him if Andy did anything illegal. As he usually responses within minutes, I'm taking his silence to mean "does a bear **** in the woods?"
What enthralls me is this near-supernatural liking the infatuated DUmmie "sfexpat2000" has for the felonious Andy.
I mean, she might as well be Siamese-twinned to him, she loves him so much.
A really big mess up there in her cerebral container.
Is she even for real?
She's the wife of a clown--or something like that--in San Francisco, and was active in the Howard Dean campaign in Washington (state).
Hey, frank, as the chronicler of DUFU threads, do you remember a thread or two--it might have been in January or later--when I posted some pics I had found of Pitt, Undie, and Faye at some DUmmie gathering I think in D.C.? It's the one with Faye DUmaway swigging the Corona, but there also some pics of Undie in there. A lot of the DUmmies were in Washington twice in January, once on Jan. 6 for the Electoral College protest and again on Jan. 20 for the inauguration. But I've searched a lot of those threads and can't find the pics I'm thinking of. I may have come across the pics some time after January and posted them at that time.
oh... just looking at her posts I half-assumed she was Andy!
Someone should start a DUFU glossary for the newbies, with the DUFU terms & famous DUmmies.
With a good booking mugshot of them beside their names. Those photos are public domain.
Do you have this screen saved? Jeanarrett's post about all the good vibrations and maybe even prayers and positive mental attitudes and good vibes and hugs and kisses floating through cyberspace to Andy's cancerous pancreas and curing it. I want this.
This has to be the most obsene post I have read since Andy, the thieving parasite, called the doctors at Johns Hopkins "blood-suckers."

The person who wrote this mindless rubbish for those mindless saps on DU is trying to get them to feel warm and noble, to forget about the money, to bask in the miracle performed by their collective spiritual power.
She has 137 posts. She's in on it. There should be a death penalty for someone who confounds what little reason the DUers possess, in order to silence them.
