I think someone said Monte Sereno was near Los Gatos? Los Gatos is a very upscale town. Median price for a house in the Bay Area (last time I checked) was $665k.

BTW, Andy got into Subways at a bad time. Yeah, Subways used to be a hot franchise but nowadays Quiznos is beating them hands down.

Not thread jacking here, but I remember some yrs back where a plethora of lawsuits were filed against Subway by franchise holders. Something to do with what they charged for inventory and advertising. I think that the suits dealt with misrepresentation of how easy it was to make money with the franchise and how they were treated after the purchase.

There is no Feb. 5 entry but I do have a problem with the VotePA Feb-2005 entry, which they may be talking about. I think the VotePA entry is from April sometime, because the photo is of Andy in Nashville. Thus the story might have been posted after Nashville (Apr-8thru10). The story is not dated at VotePA.

This is probably what they are talking about. Nice to know they care so much about it's accuracy.
