Does anyone know how to submit to the timeline?
How do I submit info for your timeline?
Yes, but sometimes the posters on a thread slip and refer to someone by his or her real name. That's how we found out that "termite"'s real name is Ted. So in a post by, to, or even just referring to "Miss Waverly," her real name could slip out. Sometimes pieces of information can be found in casual posts.
Hey, you'll want to see this. We've got our DUmmies, now our Free Dominion friends have their LUsers.
Oops, forgot the link...

That is still not "pancreatic cancer." The point is that he all but said it, and allowed his minions to actually utter the words without correcting them. He had and has the responsibility for what happened. He allowed all of this to go onward with no clarification. If he doesn't have cancer, then that is where the fraud appears to reside.
Unless someone has since found an "I have cancer" post.
Just yesterday, on DU, he said he never thought he'd die of cancer. Maybe someone has the link.
It was the closest thing so far to actually saying it, but he phrased it as a question. (It's post #74):
"I am way too young to die. Besides this is not how I pictured my life ending. Cancer??? WTF? I always thought it would be an accident as I am so prone to them."

An excerpt:
A few weeks ago, Andy was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, one of the more dangerous varieties of the disease. His doctors told him he needed a Whipple procedure to get at the tumor, and only a few hospitals in America can perform this complicated procedure with the required competence. To compound the problem, Andy shares the plight of millions of others in our disgusting for-profit health care system and does not have health insurance.
A friend with connections was able to get him a slot at Johns Hopkins, one of the premier medical facilities in America that specializes in Whipple procedures. Johns Hopkins, however, required a $25,000 down-payment before they would let Andy onto an operating table. Furthermore, they required the payment immediately, and wanted another $25,000 once the surgery was done. Andy and his friends spiraled into despair as they faced this seemingly insurmountable obstacle.
And then, something remarkable happened. Friends of Andy posted the details of his plight on a few Left-leaning websites. Left-wing talk-show hosts Mike Malloy and Thom Hartmann filled their listeners in on the situation. Donations for Andy started to come in, and then pour in, and then flood in. People without jobs, and themselves without health insurance, raided their piggy banks.
Within 100 hours, Andy Stephenson had the $25,000 down-payment he needed to save his life. It came as nickels, as dimes, as dollar bills, but it came.
The moral? That which unites the Left is far, far greater than that which divides them. Yes, there are seemingly insurmountable obstacles standing in the way. Yes, frustration and despair are rampant. Yet when the righteousness, passion and strength of the Left are combined, they can stand up next to a mountain and chop it down with the edge of their hand.
Remember that.
Erm, what the hell? The html code that highlights text didn't work...
Is anyone else able to get text to show up as highlighted?

One...Jeff I loved dearly. As a matter of fact the day he passed I had written a card to him and was going to send it the next morning when word came of his passing. Keph...another man I respected very much...he was witty...full of life and I adored his insights. I miss them both very much...

Andy_Stephenson (1000+ posts) Fri May-20-05 10:41 PM Response to Reply #91 94. Thank you. I am letting the days play out...but I am still scared and feeling alone. I know there are many pulling for me...but like I say I am still scared. I guess it is human nature to be afraid of the unknown. I hope I dream tonight...I hope my Dad and Sister come and chat with me. I would love to hear their voices. Especially my Dad...he has been gone so long and I miss him so much!

I can see the web address when I highlight it.
I am 99% certain that was written by Will Pitt and I have read that before, but it must have posted in numerous places around the web.
