These are not facts. They are not even factoids. Repeating Speed's phone conversation with the vet who may or may not have saved Speed's life in Mogadishu, and who is also a friend of Andys, and just happened to bump into him at Johns Hopkins, as fact, over and over, does not make it a fact.

Although I can see where DUers, banned from their hive, could read "The fact that..." and swoon with happiness, as they swooned at Andy's description of the "Dust Bunny Palace" and sweet, trusting Miss Waverly who let them stay at the "Palace" while she was was attending to her duties at Johns Hopkins Hospital where she is a valued employee.

Miss Waverly, was an almost perfect creation; WASP name, kindness personified, genteel except for the slightly non-genteel use of the slang word "legit" in her many charming and informative posts on DU.

The fact that I must get ready to attend a luncheon today for all the direct descendants of Button Gwinnett, signer of the U.S. Constitution, then stop at my brokers to purchase more Studebaker stock, is really "legit." Well, in cyberspace.

Somewhere down the road I am expecting Pied Piper Pitt to retract his retraction. The great thing about Scamdy being indicted is that the MANY Pitt U-Turns will probably end up in the court documents---much to the amusement of the general public.

Thanks to all the good people here, I have now discovered CU. (learning to navigate over there, sheesh!). It looks like the DUmmies and FRer's are not buying into Pitts astounding discoveries of Undie's poor health.

Whether this photo was taken in Columbus or Baltimore or Timbuktu, the question for me is, why Undie posts this pic, with this message, at the time he does. The impression it gives to the DUers who comment on it is that Undie is "checking in" in Baltimore, even at JHH--which Undie does not correct, even though he makes a later comment! In fact, Undie's later comment is a response to "goodboy"'s question about his taxi ride to the airport, thus leaving the impression that Undie now has flown from Columbus to Baltimore and is "checking in" there.

This "Mister 'John Smith' checking in" post & pic, then, fits a consistent pattern of Undie not clearing up false impressions, misrepresentations, etc., that are given throughout his whole fundraising campaign! That, along with many other things, raises red flags for me.

For those who require more proof than what I have provided, Andy has begun the process of setting up a spokesperson with HIPAA permissions to deal with and make public pertinent documentation. You aren’t going to get everything, because 99% of this isn’t anyone’s damn business but Andy’s and his doctor’s, but enough proof to silence even the most pestilent of critics will be provided once the HIPAA process is done.

Thanks for posting this. I'll wait for the HIPAA releases. Will Pitt should have too, because he might regret having switched back prematurely.

What's going to be really HILARIOUS if Scamdy gets indicted is the FUnnie nature of a lot of the evidence presented in the courtroom, especially that pic of Andie in his Groucho mask. Also VERY FUnnie will be seeing Pied Piper Pitt SQUIRM in court when his many u-turns and backtracks are read out. I sure hope the Scamdy trial will be televised on Court TV because it would be FUnnier than anything on the Comedy Channel!!!

Hey all, just a thought but it may be a good idea for the Timeline(Moneyline?) Czar to dump the timeline and all pretaining (archived) threads into a blog so to make it easier to keep up on and link to. Then just grab that as the updates are made and copy/paste it here to FR if the need arises.

Please read my post 2,049. My statement about the checks clearing, and thus Undie being scheduled for a procedure at JHH, is in no way dependent on Speed's phone conversation. Furthermore, even if it is granted for sake of argument that the checks cleared and Undie is scheduled at JHH, that in no way clears Undie!

Absolutely! I can guarantee that will be a comix story about this (if Mary Matalin gives the go ahead) on CD-ROM. Most of the comix stories would probably be less than 20 panels but this one about Scamdy would probably be over 50 panels long. I am relishing seeing panels of Scamdy getting his bowels flushed and acupunctured in the south end. Oh, and lets not forget about his pet puppy---the REAL victim in this case.
