Yes it is. I'll check every once in a while to see if it stays.

Check your post 593. It's still causing the dumb box to pop up. Please have that post "whippled." Thanks.

"We are looking for the truth, not Undie vindicating himself over the telephone. Cripes! Let's get back on track."

The DUers have no place to go now except FR. The attempts to divide, dissemble, and shut down these Andyscam threads will become more intense.

We are already hearing calls to shut down Andyscam "cause it's not fun.'," or "let's move on," etc.

Keeping the thread open allows for more Andyscam posters who reveal more than they conceal.

"garden's" latest Time Line, containing original postings on DU, is a masterpiece. The Andyscammers may succeed in shutting down these threads, but the Andyscam investigation is not going "off track."

Something else not going off-track is the last train out of Tombstone territory. b

I remember the Dec 04 comments too, but I didn't think they mentioned illness. At first, Andy was asking for money due to unemployment etc. But, yes, this did start in Dec if that post was verified.

Who's this AA person that wrote that? Should we not try to contact him/her in some way? How reliable of a source is he/she? Do you know anything about this person? If we can establish that he/she has some credibility, then that info is hugh! lol, sorry about that. I am serious though.

And I do think your taking a trip down to JH would be a great idea, commonguy. Having a video camera with you might arouse some suspicion, however. But I'm very intrigued by this info that perhaps employees of Johns Hopkins' know this is a scam. You got anything else about this AA person?

If you meant that these threads on FR are now coming under pressure to move on, I don't see how. Unless you bookmark, it is very hard to find. It tends to get burried.

I've not poisted much to the Andyscam goings on because I have spent most of my reading to catch up with all the info. Im' completely intrigued by all of this and can't wait for the next installment of "As the Andyscam Turns"!

Sorry to leave you guys hanging. Yvette and I live 70 miles apart from each other. I spend Wednesday nights and weekends at her place.

I had a busy day at work yesterday and was shorthanded so I could not stay online as much as I would have liked and my daughter Jazz kept coming in and out about getting the 20" wheels and tires I promised for her Avalanche for her birthday(It is May 26th so donate today! Those 20" Bling Bling wheels cost a fortune).

I see that some doubts have been cast among you as to why Andy would call me of all people. I have no idea, really I don't.

How did Andy get my number? He talked to Scot (a mod on CU). PMed him I guess. Scot PMed me his number. I called Scot and we talked for quite a while. Half kidding I told Scot to give my number to Andy. He did and Andy called. I was as shocked to hear from Andy as you folks probably were to hear of it.

I asked Andy about his health and he told me. He said he has a malignancy that could be two types of cancer. Bad or Worse. He told me the checks had gotten sent to the wrong department at JH. He told me that the total for the checks was $32,000. He also told me where the Groucho pic was taken.

I did not grill him about the money but he told me about his falling out with Bev Harris.

I posted what he told me. It was information and for the last two weeks we have been posting everything we find so why should I hang on to this?

I am not convinced that the fundraising is completely legit.
I am not convinced that the man is at deaths door as we speak, but I am convinced he is sick.

I see no reason to stop digging into the money angle. Something does not smell right there.

He has a blog and apparently worked with him in the past.
Quite interesting - this guy seems to know what is going on from being in the belly of the beast.

Maybe Scamdy thinks it is all legal and he might have gotten away with it...except for the fact that he was EXPOSED in the DUmmie FUnnies.

"I woulda gotten away with it, too, if it wasn't for those darn FReepers!"

I went to Hopkins yesterday and plan on going back when the surgery is scheduled. JH is a big place and one can't get everywhere.

Hmmm....

The mini-Whipple apparently did not get all the popiness removed. I will have to (for just $10 more) perform a full Whipple.

As the full Whipple can only be performed at the Sloan-Kettering Institute, it may take a few moments for me to perform the necessary procedure.

sounds of rustling papers and muffled vocies....."shh! quiet, they're starting to suspect something!"...

There! Should be fine now!

"All is well Please continue to donate to the Andy fund. He has much indeterminate sickness. That is all"

Seriously, the pop up shouldn't be happening after a new "refresh"---let me know if it still does, as I only see red x's on the offending pics

Ah-ha. Does anyone here have the diplomatic skills requisite to contact and maybe start a dialogue with this obviously extreme lefty? I think it would be beneficial to check this guy out, make sure he's a credible source, and from there see what else he can tell us about Scamdy's previous behavior. Don't you think?

Did he mention having to go back for tests of any kind? It would be nice to narrow down a possible time frame.
