Wishing it away will not work.
Lumping all Christians into one category (Wacko) will not be a good sell either.
I ignored the cries from the left that the Republican party is fueled by greed because the Dems are such a bunch of whiners and get it wrong most of the time.
Americans voters like their money but they are a fickled bunch you know..they have morals and all that non monetary interest bearing stuff.
bttt
You are a liar, engaging in what you claim to decry.
But you know that.
Don't you feel the least bit of shame as you knowingly lie while pretending you represent a force of good?
Lie about what? I am not knowingly lying about anything!
Nobody wanted Terri dead and Freepers certainly don't have blood on their hands.
Oh, please. Stop.
Who wanted Terri dead? Not me. Trolls? Please.
As you flame bait away.
Hypocrite. Twisting facts to suit your sick purpose.
Of course if any references to taking a drink each time someone like you lobbed an attack took place, that would not be the same as drinking to celebrate the death of Terri Schiavo which was the actual accusation and is flat out false.
Like the others, you realize this. Just as you know there are no "Terri haters" but you know about hate, don't you. It's plain to see you are steeped in it.
Hope your day was as good as mine.
Don't you know ...lier is the new word we use on FR to describe the great respect we have for one another. You should feel honored.
Well it didn't take too long for the FReepmail to start flying. Wonder who else is going to show up?
Ignore them...
There were a LOT of very vulgar and derogatory comments left on the petition to impeach Judge Greer to the point that I had the comments disabled. You could tell that some of them were made by person/persons that either were members of FR or at least were reading FR.
Paranoid Personality Disorder:
Suspicious
An unmistakable sign of paranoia is continual mistrust. People with paranoid personality disorder are constantly on their guard because they see the world as a threatening place. They tend to confirm their expectations by latching on to any speck of evidence that supports their suspicions and ignore or misinterpret any evidence to the contrary. They are ever watchful and may look around for signs of a threat.
Hypersensitive
Because persons with paranoid personality disorder are hyperalert, they notice any slight and may take offense where none is intended. As a result, they tend to be defensive and antagonistic. When they are at fault, they cannot accept blame, not even mild criticism. Yet they are highly critical of others. Other people may say that these individuals make "mountains out of molehills."
Cold and Aloof
In addition to being argumentative and uncompromising, the people with paranoid personality disorder are often emotionally cut off from other people. They appear cold and, in fact, often avoid becoming intimate with others. They pride themselves on their rationality and objectivity. People with a paranoid outlook on life rarely come to the attention of clinicians -- it is not in their nature to seek help. Many presumably function competently in society. They may seek out social niches in which a moralistic and punitive style is acceptable, or at least tolerated to a certain degree.
***In other words, they've just about got your nailed.
not me...

The DSM defines NPD as "an all-pervasive pattern of grandiosity (in fantasy or behaviour), need for admiration or adulation and lack of empathy, usually beginning by early adulthood and present in various contexts."
The DSM specifies nine diagnostic criteria. For NPD to be diagnosed, five (or more) of these criteria must be met.
[In the text below, I have proposed modifications to the language of these criteria to incorporate current knowledge about this disorder. My modifications appear in bold italics.]
[My amendments do not constitute a part of the text of the DSM-IV-TR, nor is the American Psychiatric Association (APA) associated with them in any way.]
[Click here to download a bibliography of the studies and research regarding the Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) on which I based my proposed revisions.]
Proposed Amended Criteria for the Narcissistic Personality Disorder
Feels grandiose and self-important (e.g., exaggerates accomplishments, talents, skills, contacts, and personality traits to the point of lying, demands to be recognised as superior without commensurate achievements); Is obsessed with fantasies of unlimited success, fame, fearsome power or omnipotence, unequalled brilliance (the cerebral narcissist), bodily beauty or sexual performance (the somatic narcissist), or ideal, everlasting, all-conquering love or passion;
Firmly convinced that he or she is unique and, being special, can only be understood by, should only be treated by, or associate with, other special or unique, or high-status people (or institutions);
Requires excessive admiration, adulation, attention and affirmation or, failing that, wishes to be feared and to be notorious (Narcissistic Supply);(or you'll get banned or flamed)
Feels entitled. Demands automatic and full compliance with his or her unreasonable expectations for special and favourable priority treatment;(or you'll get banned or flamed)
Is "interpersonally exploitative", i.e., uses others to achieve his or her own ends;(ping! You've got mail!)
Devoid of empathy. Is unable or unwilling to identify with, acknowledge, or accept the feelings, needs, preferences, priorities, and choices of others; Constantly envious of others and seeks to hurt or destroy the objects of his or her frustration. Suffers from persecutory (paranoid) delusions as he or she believes that they feel the same about him or her and are likely to act similarly;(fyi-that is called projection)
Behaves arrogantly and haughtily. Feels superior, omnipotent, omniscient, invincible, immune, "above the law", and omnipresent (magical thinking). Rages when frustrated, contradicted, or confronted by people he or she considers inferior to him or her and unworthy. (also gets people banned when they whoop her butt)
My addition: Cannot stand to be ignored.
You really are a treat, aren't you? Look, if you don't like the subject, stay off the bloody thread.
It's worked just fine 99.9% of the time, your critique of course being the exception.
.....But Thanks anyway.
