As for Bush and immigration .. I can't speak for anyone else .. but personal I'm sick and tired of the finger pointing .. this country has been doing this for years and nothing gets fixed

It's been going on since 1965. Who's at fault? The President and Congress. It's Bush's ball now, and he appears to be worst than Clinton on Immigration.

I am not saying there are no problems with the INS .. there is .. but what I would like to start seeing and some kind of investigation with "real" facts of where the problems are and "who exactly" is causes these problems

Maybe some day Congress will do that. Opps, no they won't because they know that ultimately it is their doing.

You work for the INS .. who "exactly" is turning the blind eye .. what are the Judges names .. who are the employees that are ignoring the laws

The President and Congress to start. The Judges were appointed by the various presidents and approved by the various Congresses.
As for employees, who knows all of them. I'd bet 20% + are on the take or just don't care.
One person I do know just got arrested in San Luis Arizona.

Both FR and LP have a certain percentage of folks that think the Military is the answer and could actually close the borders. Unfortunately that will not happen, and is really a moot point. It's about controlling the borders not closing them.

The military could help, if used properly, but it's not the answer.

Close the border and deport illegals is a comprehensive plan. It contains everything needed for a complete, detailed plan. America has successsfully done it before and we can do it again.
