The more democrats and black leaders talk about racism and prejudice, the farther behind blacks get. Which I guess is the intention of democrats and black leaders. They have been and will remain permanent victims, with special privileges and protections to come, which in turn makes blacks more dependent and more permanent victims, in a vicious never-ending cycle.
