It would be even more inspiring if Cindy Sheehan would move to Venezuela permanently so she could enjoy all the socialism she can stand — like shortages of toilet paper. Cindy, get over it, your 15 minutes of fame is long gone.

We had to use corncobs when we visited Aunt Willie & Uncle
Albert in the hills. They went outside the barn & there was
a clean pile of cobs where the corn had been shucked off to
feed the chickens. - Actually, there wasn’t the “event”
factor surrounding going to the bathroom like it is these
days. - We new also have a Squatty Potty that really does
work well for me AND the Charmin single ply is really a
step up for me. Back then, you didn’t linger. Not that the
smell was bad; just not conducive to having an event. -
Daddy dug the toilet himself, then tossed in powdered lime
& built a nice little outhouse over the hole complete with
wooden seat with a raised cover. Those were the days!
We weren’t finicky back then. Daddy used creosote in the
mix also.
