She cares more about saving the country than "to be in control". If you really followed Palin, you wouldn't be saying such. Running as an Independent (now), would not be in the best interests of defeating Obama. Everyone knows this.

When Palin gets in , I do not believe the primaries will be a big drag out affair most people think. The power of the Tea Party in 2010 shows that they determined the nominees in almost every race. Palin was the driving force in a lot of these races. Palin running an untraditional race with the Tea Party power behind her could win IA , NH , SC and NV and Fl. Palins endorsement won the Gov of IA his race in 2010. Also The Gov of SC. The Tea party picked the nominee in NV and Fl.
