So you threw your vote away to Strayhan or Kinky to help make it more possible for failed liberal Congressman Bell become Governor. Doing that is part of the problem and the very thing that helped cost us the Congress, and cost us a conservative Supreme Court nominee which is impossible now with a Senate Democrat majority. You don't get it do you?
It would have always been better if Bush were a true conservative. He has the guts to fight these guys , but has done a poor job over the last 3 years to articulate the whole picture with the whole Islamic enemy. Unless people realize the true danger to us it made it very easy for the Dems to nay say. Bush was being politically correct. On domestic matters he made it hard for the conservatives to straddle the fence for him and retain their values. Still would have been better not to lose last night knowing the human stakes. Best we can hope for at the moment is that the Dems will proceed with caution, maybe realizing that a disaster of some type might ruin their 2008 dreams. In 2008 we need a true conservative leader and we need to start finding these folks pronto!Just wish we had not have lost 3 good guys here in Indiana. The Dems beat them by using the globalization fears. Funny, huh?
Could you be less logical? My belief that God is in control does not mean there is no free will. People have the right to make choices. Last night, many made the wrong ones. Some like me recognize that now. Some won't recognize it until later. Maybe when Stevens is replaced with a O'connor type instead of a Scalia type.

We do have that obligation, and if it was up to me we would. But when most voters go gutless, it's out of individuals hands. What I know is right is one thing. Making it so is not the same as knowing.

I've spread blame about the Republcians out over the past six years not being conservative, not sealing the border, not being hard nosed on nominations, not running as hard line unashamed conservatives and throwing the Constitution in liberal's faces so they know what it looks like. At 4 AM that was about voters. I've ripped the secular GOP weak kneed gutless GOP leadership for quite sometime. They went weak for way too long, that doesn't make it right for voters going gutless in a time of war and picking the party of Lenin to lead the Congress.
