You had better practice either staying home from the polls, or puckering your butt cheeks and voting for "other", because Bush isn't going to pardon these guys. So what if they were doing their job....It involves illegals and Mexico... Ole' Bush turns a blind eye to that "problem".

It's been around for awhile. Two Border Patrol Agents in the El Paso area, stopped a drug smuggler with a gazillion pounds of dope in his van.
He pulled what looked like a gun. They fired. He ran, wounded, into Mexico. They did not know they hit him. Well, the rest is history.
In the trial, the U.S. Attorney said the drug smuggler was "going home" not smuggling drugs.

Actually - a better move would be for law enforcement to all get "blue flu". I hate to think what would happen with society, but if these law enforcement officers are going to be prosecuted (or should I say persecuted?) for DOING THEIR JOB, then what can be done?
