John Gibson just reporting that the 3 have been charged with murder - happened about 3 weeks ago. Kept this from the Holloway family for some reason.
Napolitano cannot understand why - unless it was being used to pressure one of them to testify against the other two.
There is no death penalty. Could bargain for 5 years instead of 40 (life sentence).

I think the Aruban mob told the government they'd BETTER find someone to charge and it better be NOW. I'm sure they must be worried about their ca$ino investments and a future drop in tourism. That's why I think the police chief is quitting.

This looks to me like a last ditch, (but effective I think), effort to break one of the boys. I HOPE I'm wrong. I HOPE they have a good deal of evidence.
They just can't have a body. And keep it from the mother? And let all those people search? It would be inhumane.
