Would you feel abused if someone locked you in a room with no water and no food for two weeks or so?
Do you think your quality of life is better than Terri Schiavo's was? Why does that matter legally or morally?
Do you think your rights as delineated in the Bill of Rights are important? Do you believe every American has an equal share in those rights?
Do you think your rights as delineated in the Bill of Rights are superior to those of a person in Terri Schiavo's condition? Why or why not?
Do you think a person in Terri Schiavo's condition has forfeited their right to life as delineated in the Bill of Rights? If so, why? What is your authority to make that judgment?
Am I a part of the 'mixed nuts brigade' for asking you these questions?
Are you on the right website?
Just askin'...
It was a republican web site until republican judges in Florida thought they ruled the country - and they actually do. Florida starved and dehydrated a woman to death, a republican judge did it. Doesn't that kind of make you quiver?
and you thought the evil ones were the democrats. Serously think about it. We've all been told it's the demos that are the evil ones. And you chose to believe republicans were better.
Not nearly as much as your link to a Constitution Party "news" site makes me gag.
Suffice it to say that the democrats are still bad and a whole slew of republicans are equally bad.
Next election cycle is likely to be a new experience for all. Florida will not be solidly GOP next time around. We need some laws seriously revisited and some judges given the boot.
When the GOP has the majority, they don't act like it or is it true that dems and gop are just alike? I've heard that floated here for years and who knows?
Don't gag on account of me. I post items from numerous news sites. big whoop.
The judge needed to be given the boot last year, and had no problem being re-elected. If you think that more than few Florida Republicans are leaving the party because of Jeb Bush's actions last month, you're going to be very disappointed.
Jeb Bush's actions? It was Jeb Bush's lack of action not actions, more like a school superintendant than a leader.
I don't understand that there is a minority here who doesn't comprehend that a judge signed an order, the first of it's kind in American history to kill a disabled person. That's how Adolph got started.
If you studied the euthanasia movement you would find that George Soros is pushing for euthanasia in the US.
Judge Greer is responsible for the barbaric, death of someone but that's okay because he was re-elected. LOL LOL LOL LOL
Is this the humor thread? LOL LOL LOL LOL
FLA NEW BILL: The non-profit Hospices are scared "to death" of a new bill that would permit "for profit" Hospices to do business in Florida. I say what's wrong with competition? Bad Hospices chould be shut down for good and the for profit hospices could also accept indigent patients. Maybe the bloodlust would not be so rampant in a for profit system because they'd have to worry about malpractice.
Terri's Hospice kept her isolated for four years. That's not all they did to her.
I came back here to put some light on the subject but to stay true to the thread which is in re: Tom Delay, I'm behind him 100%. I support a thorough investigation of how this heinous crime was pulled off. Whoever gets caught in the investigation, let the chips fall where they may.
I think that's what naysayers are afraid of.

June Maxam Chestertown , NY June wears many hats: publisher of The North Country Gazatte and co-publisher of The Empire Journal, Coordinator of the NYS Oaths Project.
June was severely retaliated against for reporting on corruption and eventually jailed for exercising her First Amendment right to free press
a battle spanning nearly 20 years and still unresolved. June is responsible for uncovering the vast number of judges, DAs, Sheriffs etc. who are in office illegally.
Ginger Berlin Albany , NY Ginger, like Maxam wears many hats. Berlin is the co-publisher of The Empire Journal, State Chairman of The Constitution Party of NY and columnist. She is a judicial activist and devoted constitutionalist.
I am not the empire journal. I just recommend them. And, if you are going to bring TEJ up, they were EXONERATED. Nice try.
Do you need a reading comprehension course?
You haven't said anything substantial to respond to, don't blame me for that. Sounds like you are an apologist for the persons responsible for Terri being killed. They need all the help they can get.
Prove it. The only person I have defended in this matter is Governor Bush. If you hold him responsible for Terri Schiavo's murder, you're deeper in Constitution Party propganda than is good for you.
Give me a link about that. I thought they were pretty much asleep the last time I looked.
The Empire Journal. I'm sure you have your own link.
What is the title of the article you are referencing to?
God was "ready" for Terri over a decade ago when her brain disappeared. He was frustrated by the Schindlers' unrealistic attitude.
We fight for life when life is what we have not some faint remnant of life. My wife fought for her life as desparately and bravely as any soldier but when the end was inevitable I have zero doubt she would have wanted her life to be prolonged in such a state as TS was. There was no point to it.
Those words meant nothing to TS and are only inflammatory devices in this debate. They are relevant only when there is consciousness.
