No, its that most Canadians don't care about marijuana. They think its overrated. Its mostly our political and law enforcement classes that get into a huff about weed but the average people accept marijauan. Its virtually legal in many areas and a major component of the economy in BC. Especially in places affected by the US Softwood Lumber tariffs.
