* On September 23, 1998, I researched and co-published a historic article with jqp on FreeRepublic.com disclosing Juanita Broaddrick's sworn statement to the FBI concerning her affidavit in the Paula Jones lawsuit. According to reports from Chris Matthews on Hardball and Washington Post reporter Pete Baker, this obscure information derived from the Starr Report swayed enough votes in the House of Representatives to pass the Articles of Impeachment against Bill Clinton. After the information of Broaddrick's statements to the FBI were disclosed, she eventually granted interviews with NBC News and the Wall Street Journal confirming that she was raped and assaulted by Bill Clinton in an Arkansas hotel room in 1978. The original article was deleted from the Free Republic archives, but is reproduced below.We originally asked Matt Drudge to publish this information, but he declined. Fortunately, we were able to publish it ourselves on FreeRepublic.com (as well as the Clinton Administration Scandals mailing list and the alt.current-events.clinton.whitewater newsgroup) - and the information was picked up in the mainstream media soon afterward.
* In the Summer of 2000, I published the first evidence that Bill Clinton was selling pardons in return for contributions to the Clinton Library - in connection with the Archie Schaeffer pardon that was later granted in December, 2000. The news media began reporting the Pardons for Sale scandal after Clinton left office in 2001.
* I published a website called "The Clinton Disbarment Files", the only online source that contained the complete set of legal documents in the case.
* I posted numerous articles warning of Osama bin Laden and the Taliban before September 11, 2001 - including a series of omnious articles posted just a few hours before the World Trade Center attack.
* Working with Registered, we republished a series of sealed court documents from the Paula Jones lawsuit - briefly available from Jeffrey Toobin before he decided to retract them.
* I was charter subscriber to the alt.current-events.clinton.whitewater newsgroup and Clinton Administration Scandals (CAS) list - two forums that were predecessors to FreeRepublic.com.
* I published several lists titled "Links to News Sources". It contained links to most of the major news sources around the world, and included links to automatically translate foreign news sources such as Agence France-Presse.
* I've met several people directly involved in Clinton scandals, including the Sink Emperor himself.

ABC News Reports: Text of letters claiming that Juanita Broaddrick was raped by Clinton .

Dear (name deleted):
I wanted to write this letter and give you my personal assurances on the situation that has recently occurred; and, that I am giving you these assurances as a friend and to follow up on a personal promise that I made to David on the telephoneóthat I would never do anything to hurt you. This is a promise that I can live with the rest of my life, and be at peace with my Lord that I have acted in a responsible, Christian manner without having to lie.
I would like to capsulize the events up to this date. When I first met you many years ago, I was impressed with you as a person of the quality that you brought to the nursing home profession, and I enjoyed the lively conversations you had. I was particularly distraught when you told me of your brutal rape by Bill Clinton and details of how Clinton first approached you as being interested in the nursing home business; how, while during an Arkansas State Nursing Home Association conference in Little Rock, Clinton invited himself to your hotel room ostensibly to discuss business; and how, when Clinton came to your room at the Camelot, he started trying to kiss you and ran his hands all over your body, how you resisted until he ripped your clothes off, and how he bit your lip until you gave into his forcing sex upon you. At the time neither of us realized Clinton would ever aspire as a Democratic candidate for the presidency of the United States. What a shock now to realize that he will possibly be president of a free democratic country while carrying the guilt of such an assault on someone as undeserving as you. For this I feel truly depressed and pray that God will bless this Nation in spite of the leadership that abounds in exploited individuals for their own personal gain.
When I saw Clinton win the democratic nomination for the presidency, the memory of our conversations returned. Therefore, I prepared a document detailing the facts of the rape as you had told them to me, with names omitted, and faxed it down to Sheffield Nelson. I was concerned about the situation and wanted to have someone with integrity go visit you concerning your situation with Clinton. To be perfectly honest, when Sheffield received this fax he didn't know if he was being set up by the Democratsóor just what. We talked on the telephone and he agreed to come and be with me while visiting with you. The meeting was one of mutual respect. I had taken a tape recorder just to protect myself and to see if the items I had prepared for review coincided with the conversation. The tape was never to be used against you; however, it did confirm the conversation and events almost exactly to the document I had faced him. Sheffield, when we left Brownwood, was shocked and moved at what had happened to you.
We both simply asked you if you were interested in coming forward, if for nothing else, just to release you from the guilt you said you had been carrying for fourteen years. And you mentioned that, if you did not come forward, that it would truly convince David of your innocence in the matter and also it would help to set his mind at rest. Sheffield also mentioned that he had a friend on the West coast, a trusted reporter, that you could tell your story to and thereby prevent a circus media event. He also mentioned that he would bring his wife to San Francisco and meet with you and the reporter if you so wished. Sheffield insisted that if you were to indeed come forward that it should be done in a dignified manner, and he gave you his assurances.
On Friday, I received a call from the Los Angeles Times asking if indeed the story was true, and I confirmed that it was. The reporter wanted my tape, but I would not release it to him or ever let him hear a part of it. As far as I was concerned, it was confidentialóand it still is. He asked me if you knew where you were staying in San Francisco, and I told him no. Somehow he bird-dogged it out and found you. If you recall, you never told us if your trip was for business or pleasure. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from the Associated Press, and again I confirmed the conversation but would not release the tape or let any part of the conversation be heard. If any statement was to be made, it had to come from you; not me.
Later that evening I had a telephone call from David and he asked me if Sheffield had made a recording of your conversation and I said no. As far as I was concerned, my tape did not exist because it was simply to confirm one way or the other if the event had actually happened, so this was a moot issue. David then told me that if anyone called, to lie and tell them it did not happen. I told David that I would not lie but would refer calls to him or you. And to this day, I have honored my statement. David, in no uncertain terms, threatened that I would be held personally responsible for the release of this information. He also told me that he had a call in to the Democratic party with a message for Clinton "to call David (last name deleted) as soon as possible." I asked him if Clinton would know who the call was from and he assured me that "Clinton would know!" David said he wanted to assure me that your situation with him would not go unattended and that he was "going to ask Clinton for a couple of big favors" and that he "would get them"óand that "Clinton owed it" to you all. I taped that conversation, also. My only comment here is evidently some big favors had to occur to see such a change in your attitude, and to lie on such a tragic matter. Whatever the price for silence, I hope it is worth it and that you can both be able to look in the mirror and face yourself, and the God that David talked about in our telephone conversation. My prayers are that God will bless you in your businesses; I sincerely do.
I believe that you will continue to be irreparably psychologically damaged by your decision to continue to hold this brutal rape inside; I believe your marriage will be irreparably harmed by never allowing you the opportunity to confront your attacker; I believe your son would demand you to come forward to confront Clinton if they (sic) had knowledge; and I believe that our country has a right to know what kind of fraud is being perpetrated upon it. However, I will not substitute my beliefs of what is best for you, your marriage, or our country on you as I think that is improper. I will say that I hope whatever promises or favors Clinton performs for you or David evens the score for his brutal attack, 14 years suffering you have endured, and the never ending future burden you will be carrying. Your wishes became painfully obvious to me when David started lying as he was coached to do; you, for the first time, tried to deny the rape as you were so being coached to do; and how the "pay off" was confirmed. I hope the "pay off" was your decision, (name deleted). I doubt you are the first victim that Clinton has been able to silence nor will you be the last.
As I have stated above, I am not going to release the tapes and other back-up materials, and you can live your life without the fear of me ever doing so. However, for my own protection I have made copies of the tapes and everything else and given them to both my attorney and Sheffield. These tapes and materials will be held forever, for posterity, and they will never be released unless I am forced by you to release them in court or to the press or also, in light of David's threats, in the event harm should ever come to me or my family. I gave Sheffield his copies of everything without any restrictions, so that he could use them any way he might choose.

Following is the full text of a Jan. 2 affidavit from the woman named in documents filed by the Jones legal team on March 28. Those documents reported an unsubstantiated hearsay claim that the woman, here called "Jane Doe #5," was raped by Bill Clinton 20 years ago.

2. In November of 1997, two private investigators retained by Paula Corbin Jones approached me at my residence. I declined to speak with them, but provided the name of my family attorney. I subsequently was served with a subpoena seeking the production of documents and purporting to require my testimony at a deposition in the civil action between Paula Corbin Jones and President William Jefferson Clinton (Civil Action No. LR-C-94-290). I have never met Ms. Jones, nor do I have any information regarding the allegations that she has advanced against President Clinton. In this regard, I have no knowledge or information regarding the events she has alleged occurred on May 8, 1991 at the Excelsior Hotel or, for that matter, any knowledge or information regarding any interaction between herself and Mr. Clinton.
3. I met President Clinton more than twenty years ago through family friends. Our introduction was not arranged or facilitated, in any way, by the Arkansas State Police. I have never been an Arkansas state employee or a federal employee. I have never discussed with Mr. Clinton the possibility of state or federal employment nor has he offered me any such position. I have had no further relations with him for the past (15) years.
4. During the 1992 Presidential campaign there were unfounded rumors and stories circulated that Mr. Clinton had made unwelcome sexual advances toward me in the late seventies. Newspaper and tabloid reporters hounded me and my family, seeking corroboration of these tales. I repeatedly denied the allegations and requested that my family's privacy be respected. These allegations are untrue and I had hoped that they would no longer haunt me, or cause further disruption to my family.
5. I do not possess any information that could possibly be relevant to the allegations advanced by Paula Corbin Jones or which could lead to admissible evidence in her case. Specifically, I do not have any information to offer regarding a nonconsensual or unwelcome sexual advance by Mr. Clinton, any discussion offer or provision of state or federal employment or advancement in exchange for sexual conduct, or any use of state troopers to procure women for sex. Requiring my testimony at a deposition in this matter would cause unwarranted attorney's fees and costs, disruption to my life and constitute an invasion of my right to privacy. For these reasons, I have asked my attorney to advise Ms. Jones's counsel that there is no truth to the rumors they are pursuing and to provide her counsel with this sworn affidavit.

And let's not forget about an alleged incident involving a former female SS agent who was sexually harassed and propositioned by the POTUS. This SS agent allegedly quit in disgust and was subsequently threatened by Treasury Dept. higher-ups to keep quiet about the incident.
Whoop, whoop, whoop. Can't keep them all quiet. Clinton's goon squad and secret police will soon have lots of bimbo eruptions to quell.
Of course, MONICA was the only one that Clinton had "inappropriate sexual relations" with, right? ;)

I'm waiting for former Miss Arkansas/America Elizabeth Ward Gracen to finally admit that her friend's affidavit regarding Gracen's "unwanted sex" with then Governor Clinton in the backseat of his limousine was true.
Little by little, Gracen's story is coming out. First an affidavit saying she didn't have sex with Clinton; then admitting it was consensual; then the Toronto Sun article in which Gracen stated that Clinton was a "dangerous and manipulative man". She also stated that her family and friends were intimidated.
Yeesh. Clinton's goon squad must have reams of these affidavits just waiting to be signed.

This statement simply says the INTRODUCTION was not arranged by state police. Probably 100% correct, though it has NOTHING to do with subsequent meetings. This in NO WAY negates the various accusations, its simple obfuscation. They've got this gal by the "short hairs" and she damn well better tow the line.

Of COURSE, she has no information regarding Paula Jones. Her harassment case (if she chose to pursue it) would be totally and completely separate. That she chooses to avoid the international publicity that comes with being a Clinton harassment victim does not void Clinton's conduct.

Once again, notice the careful wording. It is NOT a denial that a sexual situation, but rather that she has NO "information to offer...." Well, that's one big surprise coming from a women that doesn't want to be chewed alive by the Clinton mafia. Not being willing to "offer" information is not the same thing as having no information to offer.
