CNN, the network that spent the majority of its airtime attacking President Donald Trump at every turn throughout his presidency, appears to have shifted direction, if the sentiment of their panel on Alvin Bragg‘s Case against Trump is anything to go by.
On Thursday, a panel of CNN analysts agreed that the Manhattan case against Trump is all but doomed due to the lack of evidence.

Bragg was never trying to get a conviction. It was always simply law fare to keep Trump off the campaign trail.
CNN is getting ready for a Trump Presidency and wants to get on his good side.
It is becoming obvious that they have actually created a potential landslide victory for Trump that is becoming beyond the margin of Democrat election fraud to steal the election this time around.
They are becoming afraid and trying to build bridges with what promises to be Trump Administration much more engaged in defeating it's domestic opposition.

I would argue that the bulk of lawyers in the US...have marginally passed their state-bar exam, and have maybe half the skills you would have had in the 1940s/1950s to try or defend a normal case.
I think the TV analytical crowd have come to figure out this comedy of errors...seeing it in NYC, Atlanta, and elsewhere. This even goes to the judges involved and incriminates them as comedians-in-robes.
