What started as an impromptu dance battle between two rival high school drill teams ended with a violent melee involving dozens of teens and parents who rushed the football field in Dallas. The brawl broke out Friday night at Wilmer Hutchins Stadium at the conclusion of a football game between Wilmer Hutchins High School and James Madison High School. State driver’s licenses are among those from four states that will no longer cut it for clearing airport security under tightened measures that will go into effect sometime in 2016. But travelers may not face any obstacles anytime soon. A 1-year-old girl was left alone on a Louisiana beach as her parents jogged -- while naked -- three to four miles away, according to news reports.
