A federal judge has directed the US government to show him any search warrant application used to gain access to a new batch of Hillary Clinton's emails just before the election. Judge P. Kevin Castel on Tuesday asked a government lawyer to turn over any pertinent documents by late Thursday in case he decides any portion of the materials must be made public. He also recommended the government advise what redactions are necessary should he rule that portions of documents must be disclosed publicly. E. Randol Schoenberg, a Los Angeles-based lawyer who specializes in recovering works of art stolen by...

Days after the Nov. 8 presidential election, the disgraced former congressman and failed mayoral candidate spoke with a pal at the Hunt & Fish Club, the swanky Times Square meet market, about his future, two sources familiar with the conversation said. “He said he’s ‘looking for whatever’s next, one source said.

Anthony Weiner is apparently so broke that he had to cut short his rehabilitation for sexting addiction at a Tennessee ranch. “His family wanted him to stay 90 days, but he had to leave because he ran out of money,” one source told me. It is believed Weiner — known as Carlos Danger by some crotch-shot recipients — was billed $25,000 for the 35-day program at the Recovery Ranch. “His parents took out a mortgage on their house to pay for his rehab,” my source said. The former congressman is unemployable and potentially in debt. The Post reported Friday he’s...

Anthony Weiner has returned to New York from a more than a month-long stint in a Tennessee rehab, spotted at the apartment he still shares with his estranged wife Huma Abedin and their son, four-year-old Jordan. Earlier on Tuesday, Huma treated herself to a blowout at Elizabeth Arden's Red Door Salon before getting her nails manicured at Blooming Nails in New York. Huma, 40, braved the New York downpour in the name of beauty navigating her way through the rain for her afternoon of grooming before returning to the couple's shared apartment. Last August she announced that she was splitting...

The news keeps getting worse for Anthony D. Weiner. Mr. Weiner, the disgraced former congressman whose lewd text message exchanges with a teenager spurred new federal scrutiny of Hillary Clinton’s emails in the final days of the presidential campaign, was fined $65,000 on Thursday by New York City’s Campaign Finance Board for violations during his failed bid for mayor in 2013. Mr. Weiner’s campaign, which raised and spent millions stretching back to the 2009 race when he first made a run for mayor, is also required to return its remaining balance of $195,000, which the board said was unspent public...

An array of figures from Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s inner circle—including a confidante so close the governor called him “my father’s third son”—got slapped with a sweeping 14-count federal indictment today, which alleges they colluded in a pair of schemes to solicit bribes for state assistance and to rig economic development contracts for companies that gave to Cuomo’s campaigns.

Anthony Weiner has humiliated his wife Huma Abedin not once, not twice, but three times thanks to his sexting escapades. I can’t imagine how Huma reacted the first time, let alone the second and third. Little did we know – there actually is video footage of her the moment Weiner’s second sexting scandal broke. You may have heard of a documentary released this year called “Weiner,” which profiled him during his 2013 Mayoral run in New York City. It was aimed at being a tale of redemption, chronicling the life of Anthony Weiner as he recovered from his first sexting...

What next for Hillary investigation? Jerome R. Corsi On 11/16/2016 NEW YORK – Since FBI Director James Comey closed the reopened criminal investigation in Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information two days before the election, the question remains whether or not an investigation would be resumed under the incoming Trump administration. WND has now confirmed with the New York Police Department that in the days leading up to the presidential election on Nov. 8, the FBI terminated the NYPD investigation of Clinton’s emails on former congressman Anthony Weiner’s laptop, demanding that the laptop and all 650,000 State Department emails be...

We’re finally done with Election 2016 and to almost everyone’s surprise the new President-elect does not wear a pantsuit. How did Donald Trump pull off the biggest political upset in modern history? Does anyone really know for sure why and how it happened and how nobody saw it coming? Here are the reasons in my opinion, anyway, in no particular order. The email scandal that continued to dog Hillary finally bit her in the ass completely when FBI director James Comey found the Weiner-grams that linked back to her and her lack of good judgment. Comey ultimately wussed out on...

Is the FBI about to break the biggest Scandal In Governmental History? Are Hillary and Bill Clinton squarely in the middle of it? Does Hillary have a “thing” for young girls? These are just some of the questions that have come out of the seizure of a computer belonging to Clinton Aide, Huma Abedin and her pervert husband Anthony Weiner by New York City police detectives. Officials at the FBI have confirmed that a copy of the hard drive from that computer has been turned over to them in connection with a reopened investigation into the former Secretary of States...

Even before his twitter scandal we should have known he was totally nuts just from this clip. He often behaved like this on the House floor:

NATIONAL ENQUIRER did it! It's on the stands, dated November 21, 2016. The National Enquirer front page headlines are "Hillary and Huma going to jail" / sex abuse covered up /secret hospitalization / truth about gay affair / caught destroying Obama's legacy. Inside, starting on page 20, are published emails, exposing, treason, bribery, and lies. Says the files were captured and leaked by Putin. (Thanks Putin). Page 22 shows some pictures, and shows a detailed diagram of Huma's connections to terrorists and muzzies (page 23). It looks like the same one that came through Wiki Leaks. Page 24 goes into...

While most of the attention in the past week has been on Hillary Clinton, and her reaction to the "shocking" election outcome, the reality is that Hillary's life is set with or without the presidency, and absent some major FBI-related escalation, she will live a comfortable life after her separation from politics courtesy of the millions in fees collected from speeches and the money dumped into the Clinton Foundation (whose donors may now demand refunds, as the Clintons no longer have any political favors to repay). However, one other person who has been far more severely impacted is Hillary's close,...

Hillary Clinton blamed the renewed FBI inquiry into her State Department email system for blunting her momentum in the presidential election and the closure of that inquiry two days before Election Day for energizing voters for Donald Trump. "There are lots of reasons why an election like this is not successful," Clinton told top donors on a farewell conference call Saturday. "But our analysis is that (FBI Director James B.) Comey's letter raising doubts that were groundless, baseless, proven to be, stopped our momentum," she said. "We dropped, and we had to keep really pushing ahead to regain our advantage...

Obama will likely order it to be bleach bit. Trump should make a public statement on this to make them preserve it. If not, the next corrupt group will be uninhibited.

Even if FBI Director James Comey had 100 agents reading collating and considering the 650,000 emails in the new investigation into Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified material, it is hard to see how this much material could have been properly digested and done justice in the ten days he had to work on the Weiner/Abedin systems. And even if he did have these agents completely dedicated to this new investigation, the numbers say it was an impossibly Herculean task that does not pass the smell test. Research shows, “The average college graduate stops 75 times to read each of his...

FBI Director James B. Comey notified key members of Congress Sunday afternoon that after reviewing all of the newly discovered Hillary Clinton emails the agency stands by its original findings against recommending charges. Comey wrote that investigators had worked “around the clock” to review all the emails found on a device used by former congressman Anthony Weiner that had been sent to or from Clinton and that “we have not changed our conclusions expressed in July.”

An Iowa Congressman claimed on Sunday that Republicans on Capitol Hill have copies of the 650,000 emails the FBI recovered from a computer belonging to Anthony Weiner. 'The good thing is, Congress has preserved them for our access,' Iowa Rep. Steve King said before a Donald Trump rally in Sioux City. 'So the Weiner leaks, the WikiLeaks, you name your leaks, we've got our hands on all of them – 650,000 emails.' King also suggested that the number of emails related to the FBI investigation may be larger than 650,000.
