HOUSTON—Opening arguments were underway Wednesday in the trial of a woman accused of kidnapping and killing a 12-year-old Houston boy on Christmas Eve in 2010. Mona Yvette Nelson was charged with capital murder in the death of Jonathan Foster. Nelson has chosen to be tried by a judge, not a jury. Her attorney said he advised her against it. Police said the 44-year-old maintenance worker kidnapped and killed Jonathan, then burned his body. Nelson admitted to discarding the boy’s body, but said she did not kill him. Wednesday was an emotional day in court as Jonathan’s mother took the stand....

A St. Paul, Minn., man is in a coma today, fighting for his life after a black mob beat him, stripped his clothes off and left him for dead. Even if he recovers, he will have permanent brain damage. Ads by Google Ray Widstrand thought he had nothing to fear from moving into a black neighborhood on the East Side of St. Paul. This young white guy and aspiring filmmaker thought he had nothing to fear when decided to take a Sunday night stroll through his adopted part of town. Nothing to fear from a crowd of 50 black people...

On July 1st a group of black gang members brutally attacked and beat a random white pedestrian in Cobb County, Georgia. He was then knocked onto the road where he was hit by oncoming traffic. This story received minor coverage in the local news. If the races had been reversed this would be the biggest news story in the United States. It would have knocked the Zimmerman trial out of the news.

MOBILE, Alabama – A judge this morning denied “youthful offender” status for the man accused of murdering a woman in a drive-by shooting last summer, disappointing a mother who said she knows he’s innocent because of a dream from God. Trayon Washington, who stands accused of gunning down Wendy Fisher after she yelled at the speeding car he was riding in on Racine Avenue in west Mobile, pleaded not guilty last month. He was technically eligible to be treated as youthful offender because he was younger than 21 at the time of the shooting. But since Mobile County Circuit Judge...

Marley Lion was killed in Charleston, South Carolina, at around 4 am on June 16, 2012. He was 17. His life and death has been ignored by the national media. Marley was white. His killers were black. Unlike Trayvon Martin, Marley Lion was shot in cold blood. There was no fight. He did not approach the thugs who murdered him. Unfortunately, some deaths are more important than others. ... Marley is a victim of black gang violence. Violent crime against white Americans was up 18% last year.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A woman indicted for murder over a road rage shooting had her case delayed Monday. Crystal Scott was supposed to make her first court appearance, but her attorney says the judge reset the case to give the defense more time to investigate. Scott says she and Jonathan Ables were in a fender bender in September 2012. Scott says Ables beat on her window, then opened her door. Scott has a concealed handgun license and says she feared for her life when she shot and killed Ables. "It was man against a young woman. A fight that she...

GULFPORT - No charges will be pressed against the 64-year-old man who was driving a Pinellas County School Bus while a 13-year-old student was brutally attacked by three bigger teens on July 9. The bus driver, John Moody, made a radio call for assistance when three 15-year-old boys kicked and stomped on a smaller 13-year-old boy, but the Gulfport Police Chief Robert Vincent questioned whether Moody did enough. Investigators determined that before the fight on the bus, the victim had encountered the one of the older boys inside a school restroom at Lealman Intermediate School. The suspect tried to sell...

BRUNSWICK, Ga. - Less than three weeks away from the start of the first trial in the shooting death of a 13-month-old boy, lawyers on both sides are making their final preparations before the judge about what will happen when the case is in the hands of a jury. At times, the conversations between prosecutors and the team of defense lawyers at a hearing Thursday got heated, both parties arguing about evidence, witnesses and wording in the case against De'Marquise Elkins. Elkins is one of two teens accused of killing Antonio Santiago in March while the child's mother was walking...

A mob of nine black people attack two off-duty cops visiting Green Bay. Downtown. At night. Happened last month. Green Bay cops show up. No one is arrested. The off-duty cops – from Minneapolis – do not like that. They accuse Green Bay cops of running a “clown show.” “I’m not trying to be an a****** here,” said the Minneapolis cop in a dashboard cam video. “But we get jumped by nine f****** black guys and we’re the problem? We’re two small white guys and you got a crowd of black guys up there.” The Minneapolis cops did something that...
