<p>Assembly Minority Leader Peter Barca and Sen. Julie Lassa, who both sit on the Wisconsin Economic Development Association's board, told reporters at a news conference that they are outraged by the revelations in the Wisconsin State Journal's story. The report raises serious questions about whether the agency and Walker's administration did an improper political favor for the donor, they said.</p>
