A federal grand jury in New Mexico has indicted five Muslims who allegedly trained children to carry out school massacres on terrorism-related offenses, conspiracy to commit murder and kidnapping. The five were arrested Aug. 3, 2018, after authorities in a raid found 11 hungry children living in squalid conditions in a remote, makeshift training compound. The leader, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, is the son of Imam Siraj Wahhaj, a former board member of the Council on American-Islamic Relations who is on record urging a violent overthrow of the “filthy” U.S. government. The elder Wahhaj gave an opening prayer at an event...

The FBI on Friday announced that it has arrested all five "extremist Muslim" New Mexico compound suspects, just days after multiple charges were dropped against those involved. The suspects were charged with violating federal firearms and conspiracy laws. "The defendants, Jany Leveille, 35, a Haitian national illegally present in the United States, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, 40, Hujrah Wahhaj, 37, Subhanah Wahhaj, 35, and Lucas Morton, 40, are charged in a criminal complaint that was filed earlier today in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico," the bureau said in a statement.

Unbelievable!! The child abuse charges against Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahhaj were dropped, while those against fellow defendants, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille, remain. Now you may be asking what is this 10-day rule. Apparently the suspects have the right to a preliminary hearing within 10-days of their arrest, and the state apparently violated that right. Something very weird is happening in New Mexico. This is going to sound crazy. But I think FBI is training jihadis with hopes that they attack Americans so that the Democrats call for more gun control. They destroyed the compound & are letting the suspects go. Think about it. 2:32 PM - 29 Aug 2018 Laura Loomer ‏ @LauraLoomer 4h4 hours ago Why would they destroy the compound? How did nobody notice a giant compound in the desert? How come Islamic suspects are getting away with planning an attack on Americans? How come the FBI won’t hold a press conference?...

SANTA FE – Taos County Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe writes in court documents that two adults arrested at a makeshift compound near the Colorado border earlier this month possibly didn’t believe that diseases are real and didn’t do what was needed to get medical attention for a boy who died on the property. The remains of Siraj Ibn Wahhaj’s 3-year-old son, Abdul-Ghani, were found at the compound Aug. 6. The boy suffered from Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy, or HIE, a condition that caused severe seizures and required medication. On Friday, Wahhaj, 40, and Jany Leveille, 35, were charged with child abuse resulting...

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – State prosecutors' motion to detain five adults arrested after a raid in northern New Mexico earlier this month was denied by a judge on Monday. Judicial Activism: Earlier this month New Mexico police raided what many believe was a terrorist training camp on U.S. soil after the FBI refused to act in a timely manner. Islamic extremist Siraj Ibn Wahhaj was arrested last week because he was allegedly training children to commit school shootings. Siraj ibn Wahhaj is the son of a Brooklyn imam who was named as a possible co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. But despite these very serious allegations — and despite the fact that prosecutors in the case provided more than enough evidence to keep these alleged terrorists locked...

The boy's remains were discovered Aug. 6 after Taos County authorities raided the ramshackle compound near Amalia, where they found five adults and 11 children, ages 1 to 15, at least two of whom prosecutors said Monday were being trained to attack schools, banks and other institutions.
  • New Mexico compound judge has history of issuing low bail to violent offenders

The state judge who on Monday set a $20,000 bail for five defendants arrested at a remote New Mexico compound where authorities say children were being trained to conduct school shootings has a history of issuing low bail to violent offenders. Judge Sarah Backus, an elected Democrat, ordered the two men and three women to wear ankle monitors, have weekly contact with their attorneys and not consume alcohol or own firearms while on bail. She said although she was concerned by “troubling facts,” prosecutors failed to articulate any specific threats to the community. The five suspects were arrested more than...
