General Than Shwe is planning to relocate the War Office's Army headquarters in Rangoon to Central Burma. New Offices for the War Office in Central Burma are nearing completion and many Junior Generals do not want to move since the area lacks good schools for their children. The official reason given for the relocation of the War Office is that General Than Shwe fears an invasion by American forces. A U.S. Marine Expeditionary Force with attack helicopters and F-14 fighter jets could secure a landing base near Rangoon. They could then hand out 50,000 U.S. Army surplus M-16 Rifles to...

We are either at war or we are not. It would appear that our Defense Department has given in to Political Correctness once again. Again we have become so caught up in how our "enemies" perceive us that we are asking our troops to pay a very heavy price. When I say "our enemies" I am also referring to Europe, other parts of the world than just the Middle East and way to many people here in our own country. How... In a war one doesn't waste precious resources to investigate the deaths of the enemy. The purpose of war...

The first battle was joined about a week ago. My unit’s enemies had been enjoying many victories (all against the weak and defenseless) on battlefields outside of my area of operations when they finally showed up in a place my growling troops could get at them. I quickly consulted my small-unit leaders, analyzed the intelligence I was being provided with, called the enemy to let them know they were about to get whomped (I like to fight fair and have found that telling the enemy they are about to get their asses handed to them has a way of rattling...

WASHINGTON - A U.S. marine who helps guard the American consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and his driver came under fire Monday near the consulate, but were not injured, State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said. A single shot was fired at their car near the consulate and Saudi officials are investigating, Boucher said. Two weeks ago the State Department, citing security concerns, announced that American diplomats in Saudi Arabia, who were ordered to leave the kingdom last April, would not be permitted to return until further notice. Also, Americans who worked at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh and at the...
