After reading some more Koran tonight, I had an epiphany. I realized that some of the worst parts of the Koran were similar to worst parts of the Christian Bible. I now believe many parts of both were misinterpreted. While I realize that Islam has been violent throughout its history, so has Judeism and Christianity (think Crusades). I'm not sure I believe in the 72 virgin promise, but I am starting to get Mohammed's believe in a better after-life. I need to read more. That said, our world has gone to shit. It looks like, once again, McCain was a Democrat team player. This time his role was designated loser for ‘08. It seems that all those trial balloons of Lieberman and Pawlenty were fakes. His team had picked Palin well before Super Tuesday and his people had plenty of time to vet her. They used her and now, it seems they are trying to destroy her. Read the article in the link provided. Way down in the articvle is a paragraph which talks about how Hugo Chavez "nationalized" industries by buying the stocks of the corporations on the free market. Sound familiar? Thats what Paulson is doing with the bailout money. Buying the stocks of companies (mainly banks) in effect nationalizing them like Venezuela. SOCIALISM PEOPLE!

Romney was just interviewed on Fox and Friends and said that it was unfair that that the Big Three American Automakers were burdened by the high retirement costs and that we had to "make sure those cost were shared by the transplants (Toyota, Honda, VW etc.).
