Tre Arrow, enviro-nut Portland police today arrested Tre Arrow on an allegation of domestic-violence related fourth-degree assault. An officer arrested Arrow, 38, at 9:01 a.m. in the 5100 block of Northeast 28th Avenue. He was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center an hour later and is being held on $5,000 bail.
