Philly Cops Blast Hillary Over Black Lives Matter & Co. July 25, 2016, Malcolm A. Kline The media and academia may regard them as a source of multicultural wisdom but local police have to look at what groups like Black Lives Matter actually do. “The Fraternal Order of Police is insulted and will not soon forget that the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton are excluding the widows, and other family members of Police Officers killed in the line of duty who were victims of explicit, and not implied racism and ‘being on duty in blue,’” John J. McNesby, President of...

Sybrina Fulton, the mother of Trayvon Martin, testified on Capitol Hill Tuesday that “stand your ground” laws must be reviewed and amended. “It’s unfortunate what has happened with Trayvon, and that’s why I feel like it’s so important for me to be here so that you all can at least put a face with what has happened with this tragedy,” Fulton said at a Senate Judiciary subcommittee hearing. “I just wanted to come here to talk to you for a moment to let you know how important it is that we amend this ‘stand your ground’ because it did not,...

Through their nakedly deceptive public speaking tours, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, parents of Trayvon Martin, are all but ensuring that a high percentage of American black males will continue to end up in the cradle-to-prison pipeline. By glorifying their son's lifestyle, they push young wayward blacks away from the truth and into further trouble. If ever there was a case to be made that some black parents bear responsibility for their kids' criminal behavior, Martin's and Fulton's debut on the national stage proves it. I understand that blaming racism is much more lucrative than admitting you failed to provide...

Judicial Watch has released documents showing the latest abuse of power by the Department of Justice (DOJ): helping “organize and manage rallies and protests against George Zimmerman.” Whatever one may think about the guilt or innocence of Zimmerman in his ongoing trial, we should all agree that the chief law enforcement agency of the federal government should not be involved in stage-managing public protests. Yet according to the documents obtained by Judicial Watch through a Freedom of Information Act request, the Community Relations Service at Eric Holder’s DOJ “deployed to Sanford, FL, to work marches, demonstrations, and rallies related to...

SANFORD — George and Shellie Zimmerman struggled with money problems. The year they married, he was sued, accused of failing to pay a credit-card bill. Three years later, she was sued for the same thing. Both were in and out of community college, records show, and spent their first years together in a home owned by her parents.

Yesterday I posted about how Alan Dershowitz alleged that Zimmerman prosecutor Angela Corey called up Harvard Law School complaining about Dershowitz and treatening to sue for libel based on Dershowitz’s criticisms of her handling of the case. The whole incident seemed strange, and reflected conduct that should be off limits for any prosecutor and certainly for a senior prosecutor on a high profile case. It appears, however, that the Dershowitz incident was no isolated incident. According to Ron Littlepage, a columnist for the (Jacksonville) Florida Times-Union, Corey has done this several times before:

If this is true, then Zimmerman prosecutor Angela Corey needs to step off the case. Alan Dershowitz has been a harsh critic of Zimmerman prosecutor Angela Corey. Among his criticisms is that Corey has been too politicized in charging Second Degree Murder.

Emerging details about dead Florida teen Trayvon Martin, whose cousin is a Tacoma resident and participated in a vigil for Martin Monday evening, may not be relevant to the incident that cost Martin his life, same as it is still questionable whether the state’s Stand-Your-Ground law is really applicable. [There is a question seeking reader opinion below. Please take time to answer.] As this column reported, the attorney for shooter George Zimmerman first suggested the law wasn’t relevant and then reportedly changed his mind in two different interviews with different news agencies. But it is clear from coverage of the...

Among a few interesting items uncovered in trying to examine the facts behind the shooting of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin without drawing any conclusions, was that a widely viewed photograph of Martin appears to have been altered, somewhat. Here is what appears to be the original via the Miami Herald. Tm original
