First baseman Paul Konerko and the White Sox agreed to a five-year, $60 million deal on Wednesday. Konerko had other offers. He had more money out there. "But the story here," his agent, Craig Landis, told ESPN.com, "was that Paul just wanted to go back to the White Sox."
