The Obama administration has issued more than 7.4 million work permits to foreign nationals from 2009 – 2014, beyond the approximately one million lawful permanent residents and 700,000 foreign guest workers admitted to the U.S. each year. In written responses to the Senate Judiciary Immigration and the National Interest Subcommittee Republicans obtained by Breitbart News, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services reveal that the Obama administration has been approving work authorizations for immigrants beyond admission limits and for some categories of immigrants that Congress never intended to work in the U.S.......

(CNN) - Baltimore's deputy state's attorney, who is prosecuting the six police officers for the in-custody death of Freddie Gray, once represented the victim in an unrelated 2012 criminal case, court documents show Thursday. The connection is made in a new filing by the defense attorneys for the officers charged in Gray's death, who raise the issue to argue that Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby's office should recuse itself from the case, citing a conflict of interest. The documents include a letter dated September 11, 2012, from the Office of the Public Defender addressed to Jan Bledsoe, informing her that...

Members of the Congressional Black Caucus are calling for a national ban on the use of the Confederate flag on any government property — including license plates. The CBC lawmakers introduced a resolution Thursday in the aftermath of last week's racially motivated shooting during Bible study at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, S.C., that killed nine people. "A hate crime of this nature must lead to effective legislation that will curtail similar incidences in the future," CBC Chairman G.K. Butterfield (D-N.C.) said in a statement.

A disgusting new trend is spreading across the internet called the “Eric Sheppard challenge”. If you haven’t heard of it yet, be prepared to be outraged. Eric Sheppard is a racist thug wanted in Georgia after his gun was found on campus during a series of protests. Sheppard is a member of the New Black Panther party who calls himself a terrorist against white people. The thug remains at large, and black people around the country have joined together to help police find him to prosecute him. JUST KIDDING, that would be the respectful thing to do. Instead, black protesters...

Controversy over the use of the word “thug” in the wake of the Baltimore riots continued Sunday with former CNN host Soledad O’Brien weighing in to claim the word has racial overtones. “I can’t think of a situation where there’s ever been a headline or someone has called a white young person who’s in the middle of a violent protest, demonstration, whatever, a thug,” she told guest host Frank Sesno on “Reliable Sources.” “We use it all the time when we’re talking about people in the inner city.” Sesno pointed out that no racial connotation s given in the dictionary...

Dozens of angry protesters have descended on the wealthy Dallas neighborhood where racist Oklahoma frat boy Parker Rice lives - hoping to shame his parents for their son's participation in the horrific racist chant that shocked the nation. Rice, a former Sigma Alpha Epsilon brother at University of Oklahoma, and his parents Bob and Jan say they have been forced to flee their $650,000 home in the elite suburb of Preston Hollow - home to the likes of George W. Bush, Mark Cuban and Ross Perot. Neighbors looked on in dismay as about two dozen protesters marched up the street...

U.S. President Barack Obama singled out office supply giant Staples Inc as undercutting his healthcare reform law and said large corporations should not use the health insurance issue as an excuse for cutting wages, the news website BuzzFeed reported. "It's one thing when you've got a mom-and-pop store who can't afford to provide paid sick leave or health insurance or minimum wage to workers … but when I hear large corporations that make billions of dollars in profits trying to blame our interest in providing health insurance as an excuse for cutting back workers’ wages, shame on them,” Obama said...

Federal regulators looking to place restrictions on Internet providers will introduce and vote on new proposed net neutrality rules in February, Federal Communications Commission officials said Friday. President Obama's top telecom regulator, Tom Wheeler, told fellow FCC commissioners before the Christmas holiday that he intends to circulate a draft proposal internally next month with an eye toward approving the measure weeks later, said one official who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the agency's deliberations are ongoing. The rules are meant to keep broadband providers such as Verizon and Comcast from speeding up or slowing down some Web sites...

Bill Callaham, a California lawyer, never had a chance to hand over his Rolex, cell phone or hundreds of dollars in cash. The men who attacked him from behind in the Central Business District never made any demands. They beat him unconscious, breaking his nose and his jaw. And afterward, he said, they took nothing. "If somebody had confronted me and asked for money, I would've happily given them my money," Callaham said Friday, a week after the assault. "I don't know if it was random, I mean, I have no idea. I just think it's a sad state of...

The Rev. Al Sharpton has always been keen to maintain his reputation as the least plausible cleric since Elmer Gantry. The racial tension and riots in Ferguson, Mo. have proved to be the perfect vehicle to do just that. Not just satisfied with creating unrest in one beleaguered Missouri city, though, the “Reverend” is looking to go national with his “peaceful protests” that worked out so well in Ferguson. With that, Sharpton’s group, the National Action Network (NAN) has put out a list of national protest sites, because apparently just one city experiencing hellish violence and racial strife just isn’t...

Again the Israelites did evil in the eyes of the LORD. They served the Baals and the Ashtoreths, and the gods of Aram, the gods of Sidon, the gods of Moab, the gods of the Ammonites and the gods of the Philistines. And because the Israelites forsook the LORD and no longer served him,…Judges 10:6 The Marxists were having a field day using the St Michael body as a platform, declaring over and over how they were the only people standing between the poor helpless black man and his ultimate demise. They preened and posed claiming this country hasn’t moved...

...That Al Sharpton Will Hate (strong language)The shooting death of Michael Brown by a Ferguson police officer has sparked riots, looting, and destruction of property in the St. Louis suburb. This has given the liberal media and race baiters another opportunity to stoke the flames of racism, while the family of the deceased young man wants to mourn their loss in private. Yet, one common sense message was posted on YouTube by a young black man named Jonathan, who is challenging the rioters and the black community to stop blaming police and white people for their problems. Stop burning down...

My wife and I are in our mid fifties. We are grandparents. We have tried to play by the rules. Yesterday, I came home from lunch to find his and her notices in our mailbox from the IRS. The fiends have recalculated our income from a few years back and now suddenly want over 21,000 dollars in fees and penalties. They don't even audit you anymore. They just recalculate and demand payment. This is how they operate. So if this thing is worked out, we will pay five hundred bucks a month to the IRS for most of our remaining...

It is not easy to demonize people who have spent hundreds of millions of dollars of their own money to help educate poor children. But some members of the education establishment are taking a shot at it. The Walton Family Foundation — created by the people who created Walmart — has given more than $300 million to charter schools, voucher programs and other educational enterprises concerned with the education of poor and minority students across the country. The Walton Family Foundation gave more than $58 million to the KIPP schools, which have had spectacular success in raising the test scores...
