On CNN last evening, Georgia State professor Mia Bloom claimed that the terror group ISIS was not “coming after us,” and expressed concern that attacks like that in Nice, France yesterday increase the “degree of right-wing politics” and Islamophobia. Bloom took issue with former CIA analyst Bruce Sexton whom she believed wasn’t aware that the majority of ISIS’s victims are Muslims. “I do disagree with Mr. Sexton, because the fact is, and I’ll say this to you, Buck, directly, the vast majority of ISIS’ victims are Muslim. Not us. Not the West,” she said in a somewhat mocking tone. As...

The FBI has found no evidence so far that Omar Mateen, who killed 49 people and wounded more than 53 at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, chose the popular establishment because of its gay clientele, said U.S law enforcement officials. “While there can be no denying the significant impact on the gay community, the investigation hasn’t revealed that he targeted pulse because it was a gay club,” a U.S. law enforcement official said.

Eighty-four people died late on Thursday night as a lorry drove for more than a mile through the Bastille Day crowds in the southern French city of Nice. The driver eventually died in a hail of police bullets. The incident, on a day when the French celebrate equality, liberty and fraternity, could hardly be more horrific.

“Terrorism is a threat that is weighing heavily on France,” Manuel Valls said. "We’re faced with a war that terrorism has brought against us. The goal of the terrorists is to make us scared. We won’t give in to the terrorist threat, we must stand together, united. France has been once again struck in our flesh. "Times have changed and we should learn to live with terrorism. We have to show solidarity and collective calm. France has been hit in its soul on the 14 July, our national day. “They wanted to attack the unity of the French nation. The...

There are a number of events erupting simultaneously, yet they are all connected. Many of you have commented on various threads about these in different ways. Let me (in a potpourris) address them. 1. The Islamic terrorist attack in Nice is more of the same; the French reaction is pretty much more of the same; and the US media reaction is typical head-in-the-sand, "Moslems don't kill people, trucks kill people" response. Will the French/Euros learn? They haven't so far, although a movement is building in France to finally take their country back---a French version of the "Reconquista." Too soon to...

It seems that the obvious next move for the French is to send the French Foreign Legion to Tunisia to go full throttle agaist ISIS. Not only was the Nice, France terrorist from Tunisia but that country is also a recruiting grounds for ISIS which has a strong presence there. The French Foreign Legion don't fool around. When they are sent to African nations, the groups they oppose often disperse in all directions rather than directly encounter the French Foreign Legion. Since no jungle in Tunisia, it would be much harder for ISIS to hide. Anyway, that seems to be...

HEAT STREET EXCLUSIVE – A French government committee has heard testimony, suppressed by the French government at the time and not released to the media, that the killers in the Bataclan tortured their victims on the second floor of the club. Police witnesses in Parliament said they vomited when they saw the disfigured bodies. Wahhabist killers apparently gouged out eyes, castrated victims, and shoved their testicles in their mouths. They may also have disemboweled some poor souls. Women were stabbed in the genitals – and all the torture was, victims told police, filmed for Daesh or Islamic State propaganda. For...

Mohamed took a truck and drove it into men, women and children celebrating Bastille day in Nice. He killed 84. And who yet knows of the horrors still to spew from hospital wards - lives fractured, crumpled, crushed. One minute they were jubilant, locals and tourists alike celebrating Bastille day together. The next, lying splintered on the floor. And the most sickening thing of all - worse than spilt blood, fractured bodies, children with legs contorted out of human control, the reek of death, is our horribly sanitised response to it all.

Multiple media sources have identified the driver of the truck that plowed into the crowd killed 84 people as Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhel, 31. Reportedly Bouhel was a Nice resident of Tunisian origin, and may have dual citizenship. Bouhel was a married father of three and a professional delivery driver. Local media reports he was known by French police for violence and “common law crimes,” but not to the intelligence services. His cellphone and bank card was found in the truck. The Daily Mail reported that Bouhel had parked his truck on the street nearly nine hours earlier, and told police...

Complete Headline: Head of Council on Foreign Relations: Don’t Reduce Immigration - Could Cause US Muslims to Become 'Threatening' Want to see a textbook example of the kind of thinking that leads to the fall of civilizations? View the video of Richard Haass, President of the Council Relations on today's Morning Joe. A clip was played of Donald Trump calling for a declaration of war against and repeating his call for the restriction of Muslim immigration, in particular Syrian "refugees" that we know little or nothing about. A hand-wringing Haass argues against "cutting down immigration" and other measures, because "our...

British woman has claimed her shopping trip to Nice was 'spoiled' when a terrorist gunman killed 84 people and seriously injured 50 more after he drove a 25-tonne lorry into crowds celebrating Bastille Day. The tourist, named as Lucy Nesbitt-Comaskey, told Sky News: 'Maybe this is awful and maybe a bit selfish but it did spoil our shopping trip. On Friday morning,Nesbitt-Comaskey issued a grovelling apology for her remarks via Facebook. She claimed that she was understandably 'in shock'...

Earlier this morning it was revealed that the driver of the truck used to attack Bastille Day celebrations in Nice has been named in local reports as 31-year-old delivery driver Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, a Tunisian criminal, who is reported to be a French passport holder, and well-known to the police. The future of freedom and Western Civilization hangs in the balance tonight. Eighty people were killed and over fifty wounded in Nice, France, hours ago by an Islamic maniac who drove a five ton truck into a crowd celebrating Bastille Day. The terrorist was killed by the French Police after he opened fire on the crowd. ISIS is currently praising the attacks on social media. In a shockingly non-politically-correct outburst, Patrick Calvar, chief of the Directorate General of Internal Security, told members of the French parliamentary commission that thanks to the increasing frequency of sexual assaults by islamic migrants, "Extremism is growing everywhere... We are on the brink of civil war."

WASHINGTON -- GOP lawmakers are asking for a freeze on transfers from Guantanamo Bay and more information about past transfers after one detainee released to Uruguay went missing and another was named a Specially Designated Global Terrorist by the State Department. As Congress blocks President Obama's efforts to close the prison facility, the White House is trying to quickly deplete Gitmo's population. The transfer of two detainees to Serbia was announced Monday, bringing the population down to 76. There were 242 terror suspects at Guantanamo when Obama took office. On Wednesday, the State Department issued the designations of Aslan Avgazarovich...

Why do Americans keep getting killed in terrorist attacks by individuals already known to and investigated by the FBI?That's the question that the Senate Intelligence Committee will look at over the next six months in the wake of the largest terror attack on American soil since 9/11 that killed 49 and wounded 53 more, where the Orlando killer had already been investigated twice before by the FBI.As I've reported here at PJ Media for nearly two years, the "Known Wolf" terrorism problem has extended to virtually every Islamic terrorist attack inside the U.S. occurring during the Obama administration. The New York...
