ISIS and other Islamic Terrorism Groups are vicious and willing to sacrifice themselves in their absolute hatred of those that aren't subjects to their belief in submission to their faith. I find it a forgone conclusion that they will willingly infect themselves immediately prior to boarding a plane to the united states then waiting the 21 days before finding a method of mass infection.
