WASHINGTON, June 30 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday that North Korea's nuclear and ballistic missiles program required a "determined response," and that the era of "strategic patience" with North Korea's government had ended. "The era of strategic patience with the North Korean regime has failed. ... Frankly, that patience is over," Trump said in the White House Rose Garden in a joint appearance with South Korean President Moon Jae-in.

Well that didn’t last long – our “Strategic Patience” strategy I mean. Now Big Guy wants Congress to give him a  new authorization to use military force. Because he’s demonstrated his ability to handle it so well in the past. The only thing that concerns me is that he can’t seem to decide who or what he wishes to use this new authorization against.I don’t know how you defeat an enemy when you can’t even settle on what to call them. President Obama unveiled a national security strategy on Friday that called for "strategic patience" and warned against American "overreach" -- an approach that drew criticism as some lawmakers say the rising threat from the Islamic State demands a more urgent response. The 29-page document is meant to serve as a blueprint for Obama's final two years in office.
