WENATCHEE, Wash. (AP) - A judge allowed a court challenge to Democratic Gov. Christine Gregoire's excruciatingly close election to go forward Friday, rejecting arguments that the dispute can only be resolved by the Legislature. The ruling by Superior Court John E.
