ASU will not award President Barack Obama an honorary degree when he speaks at the commencement ceremony on May 13. A live UK music venue today dodged a fine after members of the Rolling Stones lit up cigarettes on stage in defiance of the smoking ban. The Stones are rounding off their two-year Bigger Bang world tour with a trio of dates at London's O2 Arena.
