ALFORD — The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Alford woman last week after she allegedly stripped off her clothes and broke into a parked ambulance after taking methamphetamine, according to a release. A third person who experienced severe bleeding after using synthetic marijuana has died in Illinois, health officials confirmed.
