  • Covid 19, a poll

For over two months we were told we cannot go to work, church, funerals, weddings, vacations, or sporting events. We are murderers if we don't wear masks. Now the same Democrats who told us this, join in mass protests side by side. So do you believe that: A Covid19 threat was non existent or so exaggerated it was essentially a hoax. B. Was an enormous threat but has somehow gone away. C. Is still a huge danger.

The lockdowns have been wrongheaded for some time, now they are simply cruel. When histories of the coronavirus crisis are written fair authors will admit right off the bat that the unique nature of the crisis and the lies coming from Communist China and its dancing monkey the World Health Organization put our government on all levels at a serious disadvantage. Mistakes were made, expert opinions shifted and that is all completely understandable. What is not understandable is what is happening now.It is not understandable that while tens of thousands, maybe even hundreds of thousands throng streets in our cities,...

As a result of states’ governors and mayors shutting down the U.S. economy for well over two months, forty-two million Americans have lost their jobs and thousands of businesses have gone bankrupt. Even as the economy shows signs of improving and the coronavirus abates, governors in California, New Jersey, New York, Illinois, Michigan, and elsewhere stubbornly resist calls from their citizens and the president to fully reopen the economy. The media would have us believe that once all governors have lifted their lockdowns those most negatively impacted by the governors’ decisions during this period will simply forgive and forget. Nothing...
  • Can Calif churches seek re-do of their Supreme Ct case against church lockdowns, now that officials are allowing mass protest gatherings?

Recently Chief Justice Roberts ruled against a challenge to California restrictions on church attendance, claiming the restrictions weren’t different from regulations on other , comparable gatherings In the days since that ruling came down , the mass protest marches have started re the George Floyd case. Government officials have not merely allowed them, in a number of cases they are actively joining the gatherings So if there was ever equal treatment for the churches as Roberts claimed, there isn’t anymore. Can the court be petitioned to rehear the church lockdown challenge based on the dramatically new situation - the blatant...

The future of many climate change and renewable energy projects across the United States is in serious doubt as states slash budgets due to the fallout from the CCP virus crisis. With fiscal black holes looming and taxation and other income having been decimated, state governors look set to cut back where they can to ensure the provision of essential services. Rebates for EVs and funding for renewables such as wind and solar are at the top of the chopping list.< A prime example is California. Gov. Gavin Newsom faces a $54 billion budget shortfall due to the CCP (Chinese...

BANGOR, Maine — President Donald Trump met with Maine fishing industry leaders shortly after he arrived in Bangor on Friday. The focus of the discussion was the new action Trump would be taking to allow commercial fishing at a marine conservation area off the coast, but more was talked about at the meeting, including criticism of Gov. Janet Mills. Former Gov. Paul LePage, who greeted the President when he landed at the Bangor International Airport around 2 p.m., initiated the talks about where Maine is on reopening, saying Maine is "still tied up pretty tight because we have a Governor...

In Corpus Christi, Texas, many people strain to name anyone infected with the coronavirus. In east central Wisconsin, members of the Y.M.C.A. express frustration with a distant health crisis that shut down the group’s community services. In western Colorado, the summer recreational season was canceled before it even started — again with little sign of the virus. The coronavirus has killed more than 100,000 Americans and brought much of the economy to a grinding halt. Though all 50 states have begun to reopen against a bitter partisan backdrop, in many parts of the country the dual health and economic calamities...

Six weeks ago, when thousands around the nation took to state capitols to protest the human rights abuses inflicted by coerced "stay-at-home orders," lockdown supporters reacted with sanctimonious outrage. Declaring the protestors to be "covidiots" who failed to appreciate the virtue and necessity of police-enforced lockdowns, news outlets and lockdown advocates on social media declared that the protests would cause outbreaks of disease, and nurses declared that the protests were "a slap in the face" to those trying to treat the disease. One political cartoon featured an image of an emergency room nurse saying "see you soon" to antilockdown protestors....

Gov. Roy Cooper vetoed a bill Friday that would have allowed the state's bars to open for outside operations, stopping a legislative end run around the state's phased reopening from the shutdown Cooper ordered to slow the spread of Covid-19. North Carolina's bars have been closed since Cooper shut restaurants and bars down onMarch 17. After Cooper allowed restaurants and breweries to reopen in Phase 2 but left bars closed, the General Assembly passed a bill that would have allowed bars to serve customers outside, permitted restaurants to operate at full capacity and limited the state's ability to to close...

DOVER, Delaware - Democratic Gov. John Carney of Delaware is backing off restrictions he imposed on church worship to prevent the spread of the coronavirus in the face of a federal lawsuit challenging those restrictions as unconstitutional. State attorneys told a federal judge in a letter Wednesday that the “guidance” Carney had issued for worship services has been “expressly revoked” by new guidance issued Tuesday by public health officials. Attorneys for Carney added that nothing in the new guidance for houses of worship, or “HWs,” creates or imposes any mandatory restrictions or obligations on them beyond those that are generally...

If you’re not sick, everytime you put your mask on, the same masks worn by ANTIFA terrorists, you are allowing them to control you. From the middle of March until just about 9 days ago, there was one persistent and consistent message drilled into our heads around the clock – it’s not safe to go outside. COVID-19 was spreading faster than it could be contained, they said, and the only remedy was a total lockdown of the economy, and of the people. Breathless news updates from Bill Gates, CNN, the CDC, the WHO, Fauci and Birx made us to believe...

The religion of anti-racism proved itself the only force in American discourse powerful enough to end the lockdown.Every once in a while, something happens that is simultaneously absolutely amazing and perfectly predictable. This past week, one of those instances occurred as months of brutal lockdown meant to fight the Chinese virus melted away on the streets of our nation’s cities. In the wake of the brutal police killing of George Floyd, the only thing more powerful in the progressive mind than stopping the virus emerged. Racism. For many Americans, especially among the affluent, celebrity, and opinion-making portion of the population,...

For the past four months, Americans have endured a constant barrage of news and fear porn about the Wuhan coronavirus. The country has been locked down as tightly as Anthony Weiner’s infamous laptop computer, now finally starting to slowly reopen. We have heard about ventilators and ICU beds, social distancing and masks, death counts and vaccines, all to the point of over-saturation. Fox News ran a nearly constant death count side bar and CNN blamed the virus, the resulting economic shutdown, and every other bit of trouble in the world on their least favorite president ever. Only those in a...

In April something was bugging me… a familiarity amid the COVID lock-down status & another time… I couldn’t quite put my finger on it until a dear friend reminded me.Many U.S. states are acting like the early 1980’s and the imposition of Martial law in Poland to target the Solidarity movement.  Subsequently I wrote about it on a Twitter thread, because the parallels were really quite remarkable. Both Poland circa 1980 and the U.S. friction in 2020, center around fragile economic issues. Both were an outcome of state control; and the key connection is government targeting control over the workers. In both...

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) dismissed growing impatience with her economic lockdown orders Monday and recommended residents take to the Internet to learn how to cut their own hair. Whitmer is easing some restrictions in the coming weeks, but has not budged on allowing barber shops and hair salons to legally reopen. “Like me, you need a haircut desperately? A couple more weeks of this and we may be back in a place where we’re able to do that safely,” she said.

Two new orders were issued Friday by state health director Dr. Amy Acton: one continuing a ban on most mass gatherings through July 1, and the other lifting restrictions on liquor sales to non-Ohio residents in six counties near the Pennsylvania border...The ban contains numerous exceptions, including religious services, free-speech demonstrations, funerals, and weddings (as well as wedding receptions of up to 300 people starting June 1).
