Ronald J. Biller, a captain with the Bristol(indiana) Police Department, was arrested Saturday and charged with three counts of child molesting. He was released on a $50,000 bond the same day. Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney Curtis T. Hill Jr. filed the charges Friday in Elkhart Superior Court No. 3. Biller is accused of fondling a 12-year-old child in Elkhart County on various dates between March and August 2004.
