DETROIT -- A Singapore businessman will spend four years in prison for his role in plotting to buy heavy artillery for export to Indonesia. The equipment included handguns, machine guns, Sidewinder missiles and aviation radar. Ibrahim Bin Amran was sentenced Thursday in federal court in Detroit.
